As one of the few women in the car business to succeed for 20 plus years I love what I do because of the contact with people. I enjoy meeting new people every day, and sharing a very important part of their life with them.

Kay was very friendly and knowledgable about the cars. She worked hard to get us financed and find the best rate for us. The paperwork/financing was a little slow, but then again, it was a Saturday. We are very happy with our experience with Carnival Kia of Rivergate.

It took awhile to get to where I wanted the price to be at for my purchase of the Kia Forte EX 2011, but eventually it all worked out, and it was thanks to Kay Lingle and Kenneth McFadden's hard work in brokering a deal.

Loved my experiance with the people at Carnival Kia of Rivergate. I've purchase many cars and have always hated dealing with car sales reps. However, at Carnival Kia of Rivergate I had a great time. Kay is by far the best sales rep I have ever dealt with. And to top it all off they gave me more for my trade than the dealership I originally purchased the car from offered. Top notch people and top notch service!!

My Review of Carnival Kia of Rivergate:
Went to the dealership just to look at the inventory. We were greeted promptly and left alone, per our request, until we requested assistance. Everyone was eager to please and negotiated a great price. They also went the extra mile when we had to resolve a title issue with our trade-in. We are extremely pleased with the customer service we received. And a special thanks to Kay.
