Kay Lynn Rodriquez at Vernon Auto Group

From the time I called the dealer ship until we had made our purchase and left my overall experience with this dealership was outstanding. I live 500 miles from the dealership but it was worth the drive for the price that I was quoted over the phone. When I arrived at the dealership everything was as I was told over the phone. There were no surprises, no changing of terms that were quoted to me over the phone and the vehicle was as represented over the internet. We purchased a GMC Truck which does not show up in the vehicle brand purchased box above.

Vernon Auto Group was amazing...they are a no pressure, professional and friendly dealership. You don't find those anymore. I felt comfortable, and their staff is so nice! They did what was needed to help me purchase a vehicle. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to purchase a new or pre-owned vehicle. Their prices are competitive to the bigger dealerships in bigger cities, but NOTHING can surpass the welcoming and friendly environment! Thank you!!! I am sending more customers your way! :)

Bought vehicle online, sight unseen, and it was delivered just as described. Excellent customer service throughout from the Vernon team and would highly recommend. The only thing I would do different next time is hire a different delivery company (do not use Earth Auto Shippers).

The wife and I decided to upgrade our 2009 Avalanche, seached the net and chose 3 to check into that met our criteria.We live in Southeat New Mexico and found 1 in Houston(600+ mles), 1 in Texarkana(another 600 miles) and 1 at the Vernon Auto Group(360 miles).
Doing business over the phone long distance can be a challenge, but not with personel like Lacy, Dieter, Chris, and Kay Lynn!!! Lacy had in my email inbox 2 "DETAILED QUOTES" of the 2 Vernon vehicles we liked because I asked for a breakdown, taxes, licencing etc. The Houston dealership couldn't be bothered and in the process lost a previous customer.
That was monday morning, Chris then worked out some rough edges, Dieter took care of everything else and Kay Lynn wrapped up the paperwork. Leave New Mexico 11 am arrive Vernon 530 pm, sign seal and close on our beautiful 2013 Avalanche, and head home to New Mexico less than 2 hours later.

I went to James Dillard who has sold me my last 9 new vehicles, He didn't have a vehicle in the Ford or Chrysler products that my wife wanted. James hooked me up with Terry Rutherford at the GMC dealer. They were able to find me an enclave that had all the things that my granddaughter wanted on the car. Then James, Terry, Chris, and Matt all got together to make the price good. I apreciate the personal service all of these people gave me and my wife. We had priced one in Llano tx and also in Marble Fall, Tx and the Vernon team was able to beat their price.

Hands down the best buying experience on my new truck I have ever had. I can't say enough about Steve Ybarra and Kay Lynn Rodriguez. Vernon Auto Group was worth the 600 miles from NM.
