My Review of Saccucci Honda:
Outstanding service from start to finish. This dealership is family owned and operated, and it shows! Alex, the internet sales manager was extremly helpful in getting me the price I wanted and John, the salesman was great. He took us for a test drive in the Honda Fit and answered all our questions and was very polite. Kellyann completed the experience with excellent financing support. Recommend this dealership over any in RI. I went to 4 other dealerships in the local area, Kia, Subaru and another Honda, and they were the best.

My Review of Saccucci Honda:
In my pursuit of a new car I decided I wanted to try a Honda which I had not previously ever owned. I consulted with a close friend who has always driven Hondas and she referred me to Saccucci. Right from the initial introduction with our salesman, Gary, I had a good feeling. He was friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in what car I was looking for. When Manager, Mike came over to meet us he too seemed eager to assist us in finding a vehicle. Once a model was chosen Mike worked with us on securing a fair price including that of a late model trade in deal. There was no pressure at all to finalize a deal. We liked the offer and decided to make the purchase. At this point we met with Kelly, the finance person who explained extended warranties and benefits again with no pressure. She really knew her stuff and answered all the questions we had. We purchased the warranty. Finally, Mike showed us a new protection spray for interior and exterior use and the time saving maintenance benefits. We liked his explanation so much we bought that too. I picked up my car right on time the next day, and I love it. Making a large purchase like buying a new car can be very stressful, but I must say it was a very pleasant experience.I am very happy we went to Saccucci Honda and I would absolutely recommend the dealership to other friends and Family members.

Such a honest and great dealership to work with! Everything you needed was provided, loved the no hassle low prices. Such competitive prices! Buck was such a great person never mind salesman! So happy and thrilled with my whole experience at Saccucci!

My Review of Saccucci Honda:
This is the sixth vehicle my family and I have purchased from Saccucci over the last twenty years. They are honest, friendly and capable. This latest purchase, while not completely unexpected, came up suddenly as a result of wear and tear on my 2003 Element. I was brought in quickly for service, given an excellent loaner vehicle for several days, and then (when replacement seemed more prudent than repair) given superb guidance on a new purchase. The sales price was quite reasonable (a fact I verified independently at KBB.com) the trade-in price more than fair, and the financing unmatchable (and, yes, I tried). My judgment in coming back to them was amply confirmed,

My Review of Saccucci Honda:
Gayle was very friendly and informative during the purchase process. She made sure that everything was set for us to pick up our new Honda CRV. Kelly in the business office also made the process smooth and called our credit union so all the paperwork was in order. We have had a recent bad experience with a BIG dealership that treated us like a number. Saccucci is a family run dealership
where people still count. We would recommend Saccucci and Gayle Testa to anyone wanting a Honda. We had looked at the Toyota Rav4 prior to the Honda CRV and comfort,style and Saccucci won!!!!

My Review of Saccucci Honda:
This is the second car I have bought from Saccucci Honda and both times from Jeff Fields. He is always eager to help in anyway possible to make sure you have the best car shopping experience. He is very patient and understanding to the costumers requests. I have recommended Saccucci Honda and Jeff Field to many family memebers and friends. Who have all bought vehicles from him and have been very satisfied as have I. Kellyann Barrett works in the buisness office and I found that she explained everything well, was very helpful with answering any questions about my new lease. I was greeted imediately as I walked throught there doors.I hae had a wonderful experience with Saccucci Honda and plan to do buissneess with them with my future purchases. I will also continue to recommend family and friends there to see Jeff Fields.

My Review of Saccucci Honda:
Very positive experience. Easy to work with the salesperson, RJ Lindsay. The process felt pretty straight forward. I was directed to Saccucci's through BJ's Discount Club and was pleased with the agreed sales price over that of other dealerships I had checked out. Because there was a set price and no need to to negotiate, I suppose this fact added to the sales process being a positive experience. On the other hand, I like this dealership and believe I would be likely to purchase through them even without a discount club prearranged price.
