Ken Barrow at DARCARS Toyota of Silver Spring

My wife and I just purchased a 2012 Camry from Darcars Silver Spring and it was a fantastic experience. They gave me their price over the phone (thanks Wayne!!) which beat all the other area dealers prices. Once my wife and arrived at the dealership we met with Ken Barrow our sales consultant. Working with Ken was great! Ken is a very friendly, happy person and put us right at ease with his easy smile and relaxed demeanor. Ken had the paperwork with the agreed upon price and our Camry was coming out of the car wash as we arrived. There were no high pressure sales and we declined a few of the offered services and Ken was very amicable and gracious about it. He walked us over to our car so we could inspect it while the prep team was putting the finishing touches on the car. Once we got back to his office, Ken completed the paperwork and directed us to the financial dept. From there John DeSouza took care of us and he was very efficient and took the time to explain all the papers we were signing and answered all our questions. We will definetly get our next car from Darcars toyota in Silver Spring and hopefully Ken will still be there to sell us our next car. We highly recommend Darcars!!

My experience working with Darcars in silver spring has always been great. I bought my first car from Ken and 11 and a half years later I decided to make another new purchase. By the way, my first toyota is still on the road, performing like the first day I took her home. It was a little work getting all the features I wanted in the vehicle, but Ken went the extra mile, driving to another dealership to get "the one" for me and still was able to get the price down to where I was comfortable. I'm very happy with my new car and the service I got at the dealership. Ask for Ken, he is not pushy and tells you the honest truth.

There was no stress felt as I walked into this dealership and sat and talked with Ken Barrow about the car that I was interested in. Mr. Barrow was very patient, helpful, very detail oriented and was very informative. I must admit that one sometimes get intimidated and often rushed by salesmen when they enter a dealership, however, I was at ease and I walked away from the dealership feeling very satisfied and well served. I would recommend this dealer and Mr. Barrow to anyone who is looking for a Toyoata!
