I have worked with Ken to lease a new Honda after my bad experience with couple other Honda Dealerships in the valley. I was very pleased with the work ethics from start to finish. Ken is an honest person and everything he said, he delivered without any games. I got a new Honda Accord 2010 and went back to get a new Odyssey 2011. I am definitely using Arrowhead and Ken for my next purchase.

Ken was great! He listened to what we needed and delivered. Bought 2 cars on the first day and almost a 3rd on the second. In general this dealership was awesome! The "negotiation" was almost painless and finance was HELPFUL! Would recommend

My overall buying/leasing experience was excellent. We did have one problem along the way and that was handled by Ken and Thad with courtesy and professionalism with customer satisfaction in mind. This is my second time buying from the Arrowhead Honda dealership with many visits to the service shop which thankfully was for maintenance mostly. I have always been treated with friendliness and dignity by all service and Sales people at Arrowhead Honda. Ken and Thad were very informative and Jeff in Finance was easy, efficient and a pleasure to work with. Thank you and I look forward to coming back to Arrowhead Honda in 2015 to lease another vehicle! Thanks guys!

I recently purchased a new 2012 Honda Civic only to find out two weeks later that I was diagnosed with degenerative disc disease. Because I spend so much time in my car, I needed something with lumbar support. The situation was unique but my sales rep Ken Jugan, treated me like a real customer and genuinely understood my situation. I was able to trade in my new Civic for a certified Accord that exceeded my expectations. The transaction was pretty much communicated over the phone and when I arrived at the dealership Ken had everything ready. Not only did the car exceed my expectation but so did the service. Even Jason Heximer in Finance new about my situation and made the paperwork seemless. I was impressed by everyone and extremely appreciative for their efforts.

Ken was very pleasant, considerate and efficient in answering all our questions about the new car. He sat with us in the car and explained all the different buttons and helped to program our radio stations. We never felt rushed or ignored at any time.

We purchased a new Accord and the entire experience; from the initial phone call until we drove away, was pleasant and free from pressure. Ken was great and patiently showed us three cars until we found the best one! Samantha in finance was also pleasant to work with. Ken went out of his way; after the sale, to help us become even more familiar with the features of our new car. He assisted us with setting up our phones and the navigation system. Finally; a car dealership that does not make buying a car a 'pressure cooker.'

This dealership was organized, got back to me with my online submitted questions instantly, made me feel like they really wanted my buisness without any hassles. They were very friendly and when I came into the dealership to look at and purchase the vehicle I selected on line, from start to finish , me driving off the lot, it was less than 1 hour!.
I was treated curteously by all members of the team, there was NO pressure at all, and I was amazed at how smoothe everything progressed.
I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. I found their online inventory selection to be excellent which is why I selected them in the first place!
