My Review of Metro Toyota:
I dealt with Ken at Metro Toyota and had a good experience. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me the cars that matched my criteria, unlike other dealers that tried to push their own interests on me.

I ended up with a car I liked at a price I could afford. Before they turned the car over, they even put a couple new tires on it and put in new brake pads.

If there was anything negative, it was that I somehow missed a small dent in the front right panel of the. Ken never mentioned the dent, but that really isn't his responsibility.

Overall a great experience and I highly recommend if you are looking for a used car.

My Review of Metro Toyota:
After relocating to the area we decided to go to Metro Toyota to have my Sequoia worked on. We're not normally a fan of service at dealerships, due to previous experiences, but not knowing a mechanic in the area yet we gave it a try. I don't want to sound too gushy and emotionally female, so I'll keep it short - but I was impressed with them from beginning to end. My husband was shocked they didn't try to 'hose the little lady' and the problem turned out to be relatively minor in comparison to our belief it could have been the alternator. Everyone was so friendly from the man that checked me in, the shuttle gentleman and the woman who washed my car and checked me out. After that experience my husband and I decided that when it came time to buy another Tundra (we have the first model and it still runs & looks great at 260k+ miles), in a year or two, that we would definitely purchase from Metro-Toyota.
Wouldn't you know that within a week we spotted a beautiful Tundra 5.7 Cab Crew Max at a sensational price sitting in front of Metro-Toyota........so you see we really had no choice but to buy it! We worked with Ken Karakula for the purchase and Jon Griffith for the financing. The two of them made the process so smooth and hassle free and my husband just loves this truck! Quite frankly, I don't find many businesses focus on customer service, so perhaps that was why we were so blown away with the service at Metro-Toyota. It's obvious the customer is their top priority and that they understand we are free to go anywhere we please to spend our money. They're willing to work for your business. They all seem so happy working there as well that you can't help but feel good about the place. We made this purchase from them because we came to trust them and know they will continue to take care of our needs. We will happily recommend Metro-Toyota to our friends and family because we know they won't be disappointed.

Basically, to sum it up - they bring back an old term most have forgotten:
Business RELATIONSHIP. And my husband says I didn't keep it short after all...;-)

My wife and I came to Metro Toyota to look for a used car for my teenage daughter. We had worked with Ken many years ago and decided to see if he could help us again. Ken took the time to listen to our needs and within our budget. Ken worked his magic on both ends. We purchased a 1996 Honda Accord. This was a very clean car inside and out and it worked perfectly within our budget. Metro Toyota is a FIRST CLASS dealership!

In searching for a replacement vehicle for myself and my children, it was important to have someone with knowledge and experience in the car area.... I was recommmended to Ken by a mutual friend... Metro offered a nice selection of pre owned vehicles and was able to choose a nice auto to test drive.... The whole sales process was professional, cordial, even relaxing in what is typically nerve racking.. Give credit to the Metro and their employees for this type of environment... Everyone I was introduced to was friendly and welcoming. I was given a great price on my vehicle. In looking at others in the state, below what similiar ones that I had seen. Plus, this one had been thru the service department to fix/replace any thing that was needed.. Highly recommended dealership to purchase from... I know I will..

My Review of Metro Toyota:
Ken (kkarakula@metro-toyota.com) was patient and fair
minded. No pressure. He listened to what I was looking for
dependable used Prius for my son and daughter inlaw.

It was a smooth transition from plates, registration and title to
detailing the car without any hassles.

The process made me feel good about replacing my sons car
which had a major engine failure on Chritmas Eve. (a much older
car and not a Toyota)

Ken had "us" back on the road in two days!

This is the second car I have purchased from Ken Karakula. I find Ken to be very honest and extremely helpful. He does not high pressure me, which I appreciate, however does an excellent job of answereing my questions and taking care of my automobile needs.

I would definitely recommend Ken Karakula to friends and relatives who may be looking for a car. I am confident he will treat them with the same high degress of honesty and professionalism that he shown to me.

Ken & Jon were great to deal with. I called on the phone inquiring about a vechicle that they had on their lot. They held that vehicle for me until I could get down there to see it. Livivng 1 1/2 hrs away I thought that was very nice of them. Theey were veery friendly & knowledgeable. The vehicle that I bought was a very good quality and well taken care of. They handed my a copy of the car fax as soon as I walked through the door. That sure make you feel better about the car you are interesting in buying. Because of the great experience that I had I will highly recommend Ken & Jon to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle
