My Review of Moss Robertson Cadillac Mazda:
During the "sales" part of the process, Nick spent all the time I needed explaining everything there was about the car and answering everyone of my questions. The car I was buying was an upper tier STS with a lot of high end features. He knew every feature on the car including how this model changed from previous models and how subsequent models changed. After the sale, I have been back several times with questions about certain features and he always spent as much time as I needed explaining my issue. Always very patient and very friendly.

Don Renner processed the sale and was also very professional and very knowledgeable. He was able to process a fairly complex deal in very little time. When I went back after the sale to inquire about an extended warranty, he very patiently advised me of all of my options, the pros and cons of each one and suggested a plan that I believe fit my needs perfectly.

I had a small issue with the car not long after I had it and Ken Orr, in the service department, made sure the problem was quickly and accurately identified. He then ordered the parts that were needed and made sure they got there as soon as was possible. The car was fixed with no other issues. He was very friendly, very professional and kept me advised the entire time he had the car.

My Review of Moss Robertson Cadillac Mazda:
I have been a customer at Moss Robertson for many years and I am always thoroughly impressed by their customer service and quality of work. The waiting room is clean and feels more like a hotel lobby than a dealership. They are always helpful even coming to pick up my car when it would not start on a Saturday.
