Ken Smiley at Tony Hyundai

Ken Smiley made the buying process very easy. His help with the Costco buyers program was very professional and knowledgeable. Ken went out of the way to help facilitate the transfer of the automobile to a neighbor island (Kauai). Furthermore, Jeb Sheppard was very conscientious and helpful. Ken was so nice and friendly. He made the whole buying experience enjoyable. I was able to take a couple of test drives and then with some stress free negotiations. I made my purchase. Thank you to everyone else that helped me that day.

I NEVER want to be sold anything, I want to pick and choose for myself... Ken was able to let me do that and I chose the Elantra... Financing is Jack's department and he IS GREAT, a US Veteran looking to help veterans get the BEST deal possible...

I was TOTALLY PLEASED with the kindness, the patience, and the helpfulness of "Smiley" ...it was such a nice experience, especially since I know nothing about cars and what to look for. He pointed out the neat features that the Hyundai Sonata had, and took the extra time to explain everything to me and show me the parts that he explained. I explained that I didn't want to spend more than XXX amount of $$$ and he helped me to get a very satisfactory price. I think "Smiley" deserves a lot of credit...especially since he is one of the newer ones there. If I know of anyone who needs/wants a new car, I would definetly recommend a Hyundai, and most definetly, "Smiley". Thank you, "Smiley"!!

Ken Smiley was very friendly and we didn't feel pressured into buying. Allan Capello was also very informative and explained everything in detal. The dealership has a very comfortable atmosphere and it's very clean and neat. It was a very good experience for us. We would definitely recommend others to visit.

My experience at Tony Hyundai exceeded my expectations. The staff were all very friendly, approachable, and informative. My salesman was Ken Smiley. In my opinion, he is definitely one of the best out there. He made sure I purchased a car that I really wanted, and that I did not settle for an "ok car" according to my standards and preferences. From the type of car I wanted to the price I was willing to spend, it all came out to be more than I asked for. I am definitely coming back to Tony Hyundai as well as recommending this dealership and Ken Smiley to my family and friends.
