This was the best car buying experience I have ever had! Professional and not pushy. Worked hard to get the car as we wanted it, even going 100 miles to get it! These guys were very patient and knowledgeable and understanding with all the questions and details required from an old geezer that likes to get into the details.
These people WILL be recommended any chance we get!

My Review of Elk Grove Toyota:
We worked with Scott Nannini in the Fleet department. I dealt with Scott over the telephone. I gave him the specs of the Tacoma that we wanted to purchase. Scott didn't have one in stock. He found the truck we wanted and it was on their lot the next day. We purchased the truck that night. Scott was very professional and had great customer service. He is a no pressure salesman. We believe that Scott gave us the best price he could and with no back and forth dealing. He did his best to make the paperwork process as smooth as possible. The price we agreed upon stayed the same. Kenny Hoang made signing the paperwork very easy and answered all of our questions.
We would definitely recommend Elk Grove Toyota.

My Review of Elk Grove Toyota:
Yussef Stewart and Leslie Riola and Kenny Hoang were all very friendly, professional, and helpful. It was, for the most part, a positive experience. My only regret is that I didn't know more about what was standard or optional for the various models (Highlander, Highlander SE, and Highlander Limited) other than the navigation system. Had I known more about what was or was not included I probably would have opted for the Highlander SE rather than the Highlander.

i dealt with Scott over email before i did a long drive up to purchase a used car. the negotiation process was very easy. the other reviewers were absolutely on point when they said that he is a no pressure salesman. he knew that we had an appointment, so he did his best to make the paperwork process as smooth as possible. the price we agreed on wasn't changed at all. everything was as expected. i basically drove to the dealership to test drive my car and then sign the paperwork for it! i'd buy my next car from him!

All though it was a long drive to Elk Grove. It was truly worth the drive. The car buying experience that my husband and I had was were pleasant. Scott is truly a no pressure car salesman. He never rushed us nor tried to sell us a car we did not want. Kenny made signing the paperwork very easy and answered all of our questions.

My husband and I will recommend Elk Grove Toyota to all of our friends, neighbors and co-workers when they need to buy a car.

My Review of Elk Grove Toyota:
My family and I visited Elk Grove Toyota (in California) on the New Year's weekend. We were greeted by a salesperson, who made sure we got in touch with Mr. Yusuf Stewart, the person I spoke with earlier on the phone. Mr. Stewart got our requirements, and gave us options to choose from their inventory. We test drove a couple of cars. Throughout the visit, we had plenty of questions, each one was sufficiently answered to our satisfaction. Mr. Stewart walked us through the whole process, and offered good tips on getting more savings options. He is very friendly, and at the time of our visit, we did not feel he exerted any "sales pressure tactics" on us.

Mr. Kenny Hoang, the finance guy, gave a detailed explanation of the car buying process, specifically of course, the finance matters. Mr. Hoang extended options for us to save on warranties for our car.

Both Messrs. Stewart and Hoang are very professional. In all, the visit to Elk Grove Toyota was a very pleasant one. And, we are now enjoying our car!

My Review of Elk Grove Toyota:
Everyone at Elk Grove Toyota was great. I got a great deal on a new 2010 Toyota Corolla. My sales representative, Johnny, went above and beyond the call of duty. He treated me out to lunch while I was waiting for my finance paperwork, followed me home in my rental car so that I could get a check, followed me to the gas station so that I could fill up the gas tank in my rental car and went with me to drop off my rental car. He made sure that I was 100% happy with the car before I left the lot by wiping down the windows himself after the service department had detailed the car. I would highly recommend both this dealership and Johnny Ngov to anyone looking to buy a car.
