My Review of DARCARS Toyota of Frederick:
DARCARS clearly puts the customer at the top of their priority list. There is a guy "at-the-ready" to prep your car for service as you start to step out of your vehicle in the receiving bay. You don't even get one step into the reception area before you are greeted and escorted to your intake person. You are given status updates frequently on the work of your car. They have an inpsection sheet they follow for each visit. I love the red/yellow/green indicators to let you know if there is something that needs to be done now, or soon. My Sienna has 75k, so it's time to be paying attention to those things more closely. There is wifi in the waiting area. Love these guys.

My Review of DARCARS Toyota of Frederick:
I went to this dealership because I was in the area to meet a friend from Pennsylvania for lunch (I live in Bethesda, and Frederick is halfway between our homes), my 2007 Camry's warning lights had come on (to check the VSC), and they were closest to where I had parked for lunch. They were unknown to me: I had not used their service department previously, nor had I opportunity to research their customer ratings. Both men were helpful, courteous, and fully explained the process and diagnosis. Kenny gave me a time estimate for how long it would take to diagnose the specific problem, and it was accurate. When the diagnosis was complete, Kenny brought me to Jason, who explained the reason for the repair and why the manifolds must also be replaced on my 2007 Camry (6 cyl.) The estimate was $1,800. Kenny had been pro-active on my behalf to see if Jason might be able to offer assistance on the repair bill. (I'm on a fixed income due to disability.) Jason was also quick to perceive my situation, and wanted to help. He had encountered similar situations within his family, and my car's warranty had only recently expired. I'm so grateful that Kenny and Jason were willing and able to offer assistance with the bill. I'm looking forward to returning next week, after the ordered parts arrive, to have the repair completed, and am confident that the work will be done accurately and on time.

I have three cars from DARCARS of Frederick. The service has always been exceptional. I choose to go to DARCARS over all other dealerships.

My Review of DARCARS Toyota of Frederick:
Kenny Rogers provided me with great service. He was very hospitable, the service was quick and was done in a quality way. The cost of the service was a great value. The service center itself seemed very clean and well organized. I was taken care of from the time I walked in the door until I was on my way. I was even offered shuttle service if I needed it. I would highly recommend anyone that needs service done on their car to go see Kenny at Darcar Toyota in Frederick!

My Review of DARCARS Toyota of Frederick:
Overall I was more than pleased with the service given by Kenneth Rogers. He was very helpful when I called and gave me a prompt appointment. As always he remembered my name and my car. The next day he greeted me as soon as he saw me and was quick and efficient but also warm and friendly. He has always given me the best customer care both at the Rt40 and Buckeystown centers.He even went the extra mile to assist me one day when a friend and I were locked out of our car just down the street. At the time he was just closing up,it was freezing cold outside. He let us in to get warm, finished his worked and then drove us back to my Highlander and waited to make sure the key fob worked for us. I could not ask for better service nor more of a "Good Samaratin". I must add that both Kevin in Sales and Dan in Service have also offered positive experiences in the past.
Unfortunately I was suprised to find that even though two left rear brakelights were burned out they had not been replaced. I was advised that it would take sometime and an additional $70.00. Luckily one of my disabled housemates purchased the bulbs for under $8.00 at a store up the street and replaced the bulbs in less than 10 minutes by himself the very next morning. It left me thinking "things that make you go hmmmm..."

Friendly, helpful staff. Reasonably fast service. I don't generally shop around for car service, but the prices were in line with what I've paid at other places, so no complaints. It's probably my imagination, but my car always seems to run more smoothly as I drive away.
