My Review of Cabe Toyota of Long Beach:
This was a great car buying experience. We bought a new Toyota Camry Hybrid and the package we wanted was not easy to find, but Meghan and Kenny worked hard and gave us a great price. The entire staff could not have been friendlier and easier to work with and made the 100 mile round trip from our home to pick up the car worth it. Kenny spent a lot of time familiarizing my wife with all the features of her new car. Great dealership and we will make that drive again for our next Toyota when it's my turn.

My Review of Cabe Toyota of Long Beach:
Unlike other dealers, Cabe Toyota is upfront and honest with their pricing. I was actually able to purchase a Prius for MSRP unlike other dealers that wanted to charge $3,000 for "chrome" rims just to boost their profit margins.

Have no fear, Cabe Toyota is definitely worth checking out.

I showed up early in the morning to chech out a used Ford Explorer recommended by the USAA Car Circle. Brian Katz informed me that the car was sold yesterday and he had 2 more similarly priced vehicles that I might be interested in. He was right and a few hours later I left with a beautiful used Honda Civic and the memories of a pleasurable, low pressure sales experience. Completely impressed by everyone I interacted with. Customer Service: From the start, we found the personnel at Cabe Toyota to be very professional, knowledgable, patient, and willing to work with us. After the purchase of our vehicle, Kenny was very helpful in taking us step-by-step through all of the features, explaining where each was located and how they worked. We were very happy with this service as we have not had this experience with other car dealers.

Quality of Work: Did not apply to us as we were making a new car purchase.

Friendliness: Dan, Kenny, and Cristina were all down-to-earth and made us feel comfortable as we worked through the vehicle purchasing process. They had a positive attitude and worked hard to find the vehicle we were looking for.

Overall Experience: Purchasing a vehicle is never a pleasant task because of how the industry is designed, but Cabe Toyota's way of conducting business made it a more positive experience. We dealt with eight different Toyota dealerships and we found Cabe Toyota to be the most willing to work with us.

Pricing: Negotiating a fair price is the most difficult part of any car buying process. We found Cabe Toyota to work harder than the other dealers to work out a fair price. As a consumer this is very important.

My Review of Cabe Toyota of Long Beach:
I initially contacted several different dealerships & let them all know exactly what I was looking for & the maximum amount that I would pay & that as I am extremely busy & did not want them to waste my time or I theirs, that I would not would not come into their dealership to talk until they guaranteed that they had the exact vehicle that I was looking for in stock & that the price I was asking for may possibly be doable. Mr. Kenny Rossi of Cabe Toyota was 1 of several dealerships to respond. All of the other dealerships wanted me to come in to discuss the deal, some saying they had a 'very similar' vehicle to what I was looking for & only 1 of them said that the price may even be doable. Mr. Rossi was the only person who was considerate & DID NOT WASTE MY TIME. He was direct & polite & let me know that although he did not have the exact vehicle at the time of our initial contact, that he was working on getting it & should have it the next day. He also said that the price that I was looking for was a little low & then he directly informed me of his bottom line price. He was superbly considerate of my time, actively demonstrating a keen attention to detail & was polite & professional. He definitely went above & beyond what is considered 'outstanding' customer service. He made a point of keeping his word & acquired the EXACT vehicle that I was looking for the next day. I went into his office to see him & due to his proactive preparation, we closed the deal in less than 55 minutes! Fifty five minutes, from in the door to out the door with the keys! Outstanding. Mr. Rossi so thoroughly demonstrated excellent customer service in every sense of the phrase, that I ended up not just buying 1 vehicle from him, but 2 vehicles instead! And after the purchase of the 2 vehicles, he has continued to demonstrate outstanding customer service with follow up calls to ensure that I am happy with the purchases, to ascertain if there are any questions about the vehicles and has been instrumental in assisting with some after purchase customization of the vehicles.
I have purchased 7 other Toyotas from 6 different Toyota dealerships, 1 of the purchases was from Cabe Toyota 10 years ago. Now, due to the service of Mr. Rossi at Cabe Toyota, I do not plan on going anywhere else for my automotive needs.
