My Review of Airport Honda:
I had a wonderful experience at Airport Honda. This is the second car I have purchased from this dealership, but the first time I have worked with Kevin Coffman. I met with Kevin for the first time this past spring to start my car search and knew that I wanted to buy a Honda from him once I was ready. He checked in on me every few months just to see how my search was going and to ask if he could be of any help. He was never pushy one time, just very helpful and professional. He was a fantastic sales consultant and did everything possible to help my husband and I find exactly what we needed. Kevin definitely went above and beyond our expectations. He was not an agressive car salesman like so many are. I felt very comfortable through the entire process of deciding which car to purchase. I will definitely visit Kevin again when we are ready to purchase another vehicle. He is why I have rated a 5 on all the scores.

My Review of Airport Honda:
Both men that I worked with were very professional and kind at the same time.
They answered all my questions. They gave me a thorough inspection of the car and how to operate all the instruments.
I am also very impressed that they are offering a "new car owner workshop" in a few weeks. That will give me a chance to have driven the car and I will be able to ask them questions at this workshop.
These men gave me their cell phone numbers and I am impressed that I was welcomed by both of them to call at any time with any questions I might have about the car.
I wanted a manual transmission car. They searched and got me the car in the color, both outer and interior, that I wanted the very next day. In fact, they were calling me that very afternoon of the day that I first visited the dealership.
I would recommend this dealership and these two men to anyone thinking of buying a new or used car.

I just purchased my fourth honda from Kevin Coffman at Airport Honda in Knoxville TN. Over the past 10 years I have found that the service and respect i get from people like Kevin Coffman keeps holding true. He has become more like a trust-worthy friend instead of the typical car salesman. He has always worked with me within my budget and has given me amazing deals. He always knows me on a first name basis. He and his co-workers,like Mark Morgan,know how to treat people right. They are not pushy and there is no descrimination towards me for being a female consumer. Unlike a Nissan dealership on Clinton Highway,the honesty,respect and integrity they have always shown is what keeps me going back. I have finally learned to just go straight to Airport Honda and stop wasting my time shopping for a vehicle anywhere else. I will definitely be purchasing a fifth vehicle from them in the future.Thanks again Kevin! Velvet

This is now my 6th or 7th car from Airport Honda and my second time having Kevin as my sales person. As always, I was taken care of with great customer service. Kevin went above and beyond to ensure my deal was smooth and that I didn't spend wasted hours sitting in the dealership. I have leased that last few cars with them and wanted to know what options I had to try and get out of leasing. Based on my needs Kevin went over my options and his recommendation.

My Review of Airport Honda:
This was my second purchase from Airport Honda and Kevin Coffman was my salesman both times. Both times have been easy and smooth experiences. I had an Odyssey that I bought brand new from there in 2008, so I have also had experience with the service department. They have always went above and beyond my expectations and really want to make sure their customers leave happy. I just purchased a Honda Pilot and absolutely love it. Not only will I always buy from Airport Honda, but I will also only deal with Kevin Coffman as long as he is there. Not because the other salesman aren't just as capable, but Kevin is very sincere with the work he does and he has always made sure that my experiences with Airport Honda were enjoyable.

We travel from cookeville where there is a honda dealer just becouse at that dealer when you give them a price you are looking for they think it funny I don't like that at airport honda it not like that this is the third time we have got a car or a van from them and if i was getting another one it would be from Kevin at Airport honda in Knoxville,Tn.
