Obviously a canned response. You can't even get my name correct. I got an email from one of your sales people this morning advertising the vehicle price without the mark up. I'm sure if I went to the dealership the price would have the mark up. Typical bait and switch. Anyone reading this, don't waste your time with the dealer.

UPDATE: Manager Billy Taylor called me to apologize on behalf of my experience... which would have been great if there was any purpose to it. He denied the reality of what occurred and tried to offer alternative explanations that don't make any sense and just flatly denied the motivations of his team behind my mistreatment. He simply said "I'm sorry" a few times in an effort to get me off the phone. I highly recommend everyone avoid this dealership. New ownership and management fosters a very poor culture of accountability and integrity.
