Hello, I'm Kevin Gagnon Service Advisor for Germain Honda of Dublin. I have been part of the automotive industry for 8 years having been a service advisor for 6 of those years. Although I am new to the Germain Team I have been with Honda for 3 years. During my time with Honda I am pleased to say that I have become Honda Silver, Gold and Platinum certified. When working with my customers, I try to live by one standard. Customer satisfaction above all else.
When away from work I still can't get away from autos, I enjoy working on cars. However I do find sometime and get into some video games.
