This is my second vehicle from Suburban Waterford and my entire experience from start to finish was a breeze. Kevin went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and ensure he was doing everything he could, entire experience from start to finish was a breeze. Kevin went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and ensure he was doing everything he could, including submitting the renewal for my tabs that I hadn't yet gotten around to... while it may be customary for the dealer, the extra question to ensure all my needs were met is much appreciated! Asked for an out the door price and financing options, this is obviously too difficult for them to answer. I'm tired of salesman being lazy and not helping anyone.
