My name is Samantha Eberhardt. Being a full-time college student, part-time employee at a hotel, and limited on funds is definitely not easy. Car shopping only added on heaps of more stress, that is, until I found myself at Dave Arbogast. My grandparents had recently just purchased a blue GMC truck with the help of Kevin and they wouldn't stop speaking so highly of him, so of course, I put my 'life' in his hands as well. I explained to him exactly what I wanted and the price range I was looking at. I had been to so many other dealerships and not only did I Feel like they swarmed me as soon as I got out of the car, but their only concern was how much money they were going to get out of me -- even if the car was nothing that I wanted. Kevin on the other hand, I came to him. He didn't force me into a car I didn't want, he didn't make me feel like I was a customer at all, he made me feel like I was his friend. Every question I had, he had an honest and up-front answer. I made many, many trips to Dave Arbogast, alone and with family, and every time he made every single one of us feel comfortable and at home. It had only been 1-2 short months of waiting for the perfect car when I received a phone call from Kevin, "I found your car." Sure enough, he did. The perfect 2003 Malibu with a spoiler and low mileage. It was love at first test drive. Within a week, I had my car and I had a new friend. He has called multiple times to do follow ups on me and my car, every time I go to get my car washed (for free, because that is such a wonderful prop for purchasing my car from Dave Arbogast) he greets me with a smile, he remembers my name, and he asks me about my family, my life, etc. Dave Arbogast should be proud of having Kevin Richardson as an employee. Because of him, not only will I return to Arbogast in a few years to purchase a newer car, but I recommend them to every one I speak to. We're keeping Dave Arbogast in the family, and that's all because of Kevin.

Contacted Kevin after viewing car on line. Kevin worked with me by phone to initiate dealer visit after settling on price. When we arrived the car was ready to be driven. Kevin had the carfax and answered all of our questions completely. There were a couple of issues with the car that Kevin assured us would be taken care of in two days. When we arrived two days later to pick up the car, the issues were resolved and the car was ready to go. Really liked the entire process- it's usually a big hassle.

Kevin was great to work with. He was friendly and genuine. The doors were always opened for us as we walked into the office and we were always asked if we needed any help. We bought a car that we weren't even looking for but because of the service, price and employees, we felt it was a great find. My husband is a sales man himself and knows how they could be and if it wasn't for Kevin, we probably would not have bought the car we did. I will definetly reccomend this dealership to my family and friends.

Best double trade-in (truck & RV) and used car purchase experience! Received fair trade-in values and purchase price for used vehicle! I never thought it would be possible to go to a dealership, receive fair values of two trade-ins, and find a car at fair price within a 5-hour period! Great staff with customer satisfaction definitely their goal...they've earned my loyalty as a future customer! I'll be looking for Kevin at Arbogast for my next big purchase after return from my overseas assignment!

Kevin is the most friendly and honest car dealer I have ever worked with. He was upfront about everything and backed up his word with evidence. He is a very trustworthy individual and that shows that the dealership, as a whole, has good folks that work for them. He addressed not only myself but my boyfriend and father while we were there. That shows that he is interested in all parties involved and not just one. Kevin is an excellent dealer to work with and I would definitely do business with him again.

My Review of Dave Arbogast Buick GMC:
Mr. Richardson and his fellow salespersons went the extra mile to see that the car I purchased was as perfect as a used car can be - it was spotless and in perfect running order. There was a spirit of team work in the used car office that allowed me to visit or call at any time and my questions were handled. Prior to the deal, I was able to compare prices for my choice of auto on the Internet at 4 other dealerships and I still feel today that I got the best price available. The financing was done at Arbogast at an interest rate lower than anywhere I was able to get on my own. I would recommend Arbogast and Mr. Richardson to anyone who asked from where and who to buy.
