Dealership was clean and inviting. Everyone was very friendly with a warm welcome. Kim was knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in looking at and driving. Easy to deal with with no high pressure sales pitch. Paperwork process went very smoothly. And yes I would recommend this dealership.

Everyone at National Car Sales was very friendly and answered all our questions! We had been looking for a used vehicle for several weeks and were very frustrated with the process. Kim was great to work with and made it very easy for us to find the right car for us! We will definitely go back when we get ready to purchase another vehicle!

My Review of National Car Sales:
We needed a car because our previous one was totaled in a flood. We weren't sure where we were going to get one or if we even could because we didn't have much money. We saw some reviews of National Car Sales online and thought we would go and check it out. When we were there, the staff didn't pressure us to buy anything and they were very helpful when we told them of our situation. They helped us to find a vehicle that fit both our budget and our desire for a good vehicle. They even let our son play around while we talked about financing and things and didn't get mad when he ran around. That was one of the best parts because so often people do not know how to deal with doing business and having busy children around. Overall, I think that they did a great job and helped us to quickly find what we needed.

My Review of National Car Sales:
Kim changed my mind about car sales. We found the car online the evening before we came in my husband received an email from her first thing in the morning and we were there that afternoon to only look at the car. She was very friendly and honestly cared about us and finding the right car to fit my husband and our budget. She didn't give us a number then send us in another room with a finance manager who gave us something totally different. I've been through that before and I know what we can pay and will pay. I would definately recommend the dealership and her to everyone I know. The car we wanted was actually sold in the online auction as we were waiting to sign the paperwork. My husband was devastated. Kim and her manager found the same car (with less miles and the color my husband wanted) and had it there for us to drive in about 30 minutes. They even put a pin stripe on it to give it some flare! Thank you Kim for staying with us and not giving up. I will be purchasing another vehicle in the near future so you will definately see us again!

My Review of National Car Sales:
I found the car I was interested on the web, went to the lot and found the car. I was looking it over we Kim found me and set me up with a test drive and overnight use of the car. After having the car checked out by my mechanic and deciding to purchase the car, Kim worked the paperwork up quickly and got thru the purchase process quickly (cash deal, didn't have to go thru financing). I am very satisfied with my experience. The web site is OK, except for the little advertisement that keeps popping up.

My Review of National Car Sales:
I went into the dealership wanting to buy a car, and I got it. It just took a lot longer than I ever anticipated it taking. It took over two days and about 7 hours. The associates that we worked with were nice, but the process took way too long. I am happy with the overall buying process, but if you are in the search for a new car make sure you have a lot of time to waste.

My Review of National Car Sales:
I spoke with Kim on the phone the evening before visiting the dealer car lot. I had left her a message on her voicemail and she returned my call on her way home. When we arrived at the dealer, everyone was so polite and courteous. Kim was the most competent car sales person I have ever encountered when I've been shopping for a car. She knew the different cars that we looked at and gave us information that we didn't know. When the car I had seen on the internet was not available, Kim knew of so many other cars that would fit our need. The car we purchased was not anything I had looked at but Kim mentioned it to us and we LOVED it! Kim is delightful and in my opinion a wonderful asset to your sales force.
I'm 64 years old and I've dealt with many car sales people. Kim is the best hands down!!!

My Review of National Car Sales:
Overall I had a good experience at National. Kim was friendly, well informed and not overly pushy. I had lots of opportunity to look over cars and allowing me to take a car that I was interested in home overnight.

Once I decided to purchase, Kim was very thorough in introducing me to different memebers of the team.
