I came several times to query about several different cars, and Kristen was always very friendly and welcoming. She was very knowledgeable and tried to assist me with targeting on the car that fits my needs, and my budget. The overall buying experience was very pleasant, no pressure and very professional.

My Review of Honda of Tenafly:
Kristen was a friendly, well-trained, knowledgeable saleswoman. She was fluent in Honda vehicles, performance, financing, etc.

Harry handled the financial deails. He was thoroughly knowledgeable and had a wonderful personality.

I leased my 1st CRV with Doug (who has since passed) in 2009 and it's because of my experience with him, the Service Dept. and the Dealership as a whole that I returned to lease my 2012 CRV.

I am a very satisfied customer!

Kristen is fantastic! She made turning in our old lease and leasing a new vehicle quick and easy. She really worked with us to secure a lease that was in our budget and got us the car we really wanted! Harry, also helped by streamlining the paperwork in an efficient manner. They were helpful and accommodating without being pushy. I would recommend Kristen at Honda of Tenafly to anyone who wants to buy a car without pressure and stress. Thanks, Kristen!

I went to Honda of Tenafly looking for a used car to purchase because my current car was completely out of commission and I can not be with out a car. I was very nervous going to a dealer to get a car due to the fact that I have never bought a car from a dealer and I do not like to be pressured into anything. But I was nervous for nothing. My experience with Kristen was absolutely wonderful. She was so friendly, professional and straight forward with me. I don't know anything about cars so she explained everything and I mean everything that I needed to know with out pressuring me or trying to sway me in any direction. She worked with me as far as my budget and styles that I liked and I couldn't be happier. I told everyone that great my experience was and if I need to purchase anything in the future I will definitely return to this dealer.

Jerry and Kristen were both extremely friendly, welcoming, and expertly knowledgeable. Buying a car can be a nerve-wracking experience, but this recent experience, and also my purchase experience 5 years ago, were real pleasures. I was also very pleased with the price. I appreciated the honesty with which Jerry and Kristen, and all others I dealt with at Honda of Tenafly, conducted themselves. Also, the efficiency and relative quickness of the process were outstanding.

My wife and I leased a new
Honda CRV 4WD from Kristen @ Tenafly Honda (D&C Honda). Our experience with her was an excellent one. We were able to get the same car we leased last time from a different salesman for less money and this time it had the 4WD option. Our lease price dropped 20$ with Kristen's help. After our lease purchase we got a flat tire the next day. We called Kristen to let her know and she was very empathetic to our situation. She told us to bring the car in and they would try to plug it first and if they couldn't plug it they would replace the tire for free. I would highly recommend this dealership and her personally as a sales rep.
