This dealer has a major mixup in their database and they keep associating me with a car I don't have, plus the inconvenience with my own dealer that doesn't have the correct information on that car that I D keep associating me with a car I don't have, plus the inconvenience with my own dealer that doesn't have the correct information on that car that I DO have. Despite my multiple attempts, calls, and messages they still do nothing and continue to be associated with the wrong account. So this is a clear message that they need to do something about it. More

Unfortunately, the technicians were not very helpful. We’ve always worked with David and he has always been amazing. Very disappointed in last service visit. A/C condenser diagnosed as bad “as is common with these models”.
