They are always so welcoming and provide great service. I live in Beaverton and could go to another Honda dealer but I choose to drive to Wilsonville Honda for all my service needs. I had the FIT serviced there for all it's scheduled services. The Service Advisors, Jennette Alexander and Kristina Bangloy treated me as if my car was the most important thing that they had to care for that day. Each and every time I had the FIT serviced I was greeted with a smile and professional courtesy.I returned to Wilsonville Honda when I was ready to trade my FIT. We were greeted by Brianna Steglat who very courtiously showed us the vehicles we were interested in. She answered all our questions and let us buy the car. We didn't feel pressured to buy one model over another. We purchased a Honda Accord EX-L V6 with Navigation. She made our visit to Wilsonville Honda a very pleasant buying experience.I brought my Accord back to get several accessaries installed. Kristina Bangloy handled that work request in a pleasant and professional manner.I wanted to get a Clear Mask applied to the front of my Accord and was referred to Trevyn Ashley who made the arrangements for me to make the purchase. He then made the arrangements at the service desk for me to bring the car in for the mask to be installed.I brought the Accord back to have a Clear Mask installed. Service Advisor Rob Walker made that a pleasant experience. After the Clear Mask was installed I noticed that the fuel door was not covered. I brought that to Rob Walker's attention and asked him if he would make arrangements for that the be done as well. He called the servicing agency asked that the work be done and made the appointment for me.Buying a Honda from Wilsonville Honda is an effortless and rewarding experience. He was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful & assisted in setting up an appointment with Parker Johnstone’s Wilsonville Honda. Nic diagnosed and correctly repaired a recalled brake master cylinder that had been done incorrectly at the other dealership. Nic also efficiently completed a power steering pump replacement that was on a recall notice. We are relieved that we now have brakes that are reliable and power steering that performs correctly. We are so pleased with the efficient and timely manner in which the repairs were diagnosed and repaired. Dave Berry, the service manager, was very willing to work with us and put our worries to rest. We were considering replacing our Honda Odyssey due to all of the problems we experienced with our local dealership, but Dave's reassurance that this vehicle issue could be resolved gave us hope that we weren't faced with shopping for a new vehicle. Kristina Banglo; a service adviser, was cheerful and friendly and was empathetic to our plight. She was thoughtful and promptly assisted with the repair process. Parker Johnstone’s Wilsonville Honda has earned our respect and our business. We will gladly drive 45 minutes, one way to receive this level of care in the future. They walked me through each step of the process. For me that entailed exchanging my vehicle for a loaner car, verifying what would be done to the car and then communicating that with my father who would would be footing the bill for his vehicle while he was away at the beach. My father being 55+ and not too well-versed about cars wanted to use synthetic oil as opposed to generic oil for an oil change. By the way, this is a Honda Pilot, not a souped up sedan. My boyfriend who has owned cars like an M5 informed me that putting synthetic in a Honda is completely unnecessary, the engine just isn't capable of getting so hot that the synthetic would be required. So, since I had yet to take the car to Jiffy Lube, I asked them to change the oil and I would pay for it myself. Since I'm sure Parker Johnston would've taken better care of the car then the guys at Jiffy Lube. Well, when my dad called to pay the other part of the bill and discovered the oil change that he had not authorized he went off on not one, not two but FOUR employees about the incident. When I arrived they were very professional and composed after this irrational man (unfortunately my ill-tempered father) had just reamed them out. We all laughed about it afterward and I offered to go buy them Starbucks gift cards for being so understanding. I've had many customer service oriented jobs since I was 16 and I know that in almost no circumstance should it be permissible to yell at a customer service rep, however they bore the brunt of his verbal assault and did so with a great deal of maturity. The man had just lost it over an oil change. Not shocks, a new suspension, brakes or anything that a normal person would be screaming at someone for. It was an oil change done with generic oil instead of synthetic. Out of the $1700 bill the man was screaming at them for a $20 oil change. I'm glad that the folks at Parker Johnston understand that great customer service can encompass many facets of customer care. They not only took $100 off for the maintenance, and comped my loaner vehicle but they were very bright and understood that sometimes not all transactions go as smoothly as they should have. When we returned to the dealership they found a loose hose clamp, tightened it, apologized and charged us nothing. They could have told us they'd found something awful and charged us $100's to fix it and we'd never of known the difference ... instead they were honest - imagine that!!
