Kyle Lunning at Bill Estes Ford

If you had to fly across 6 states to rescue a Chevy from a Ford dealership, Bill Estes should be the place and Kyle Lunning should be your guy. I was only in Indiana for the 30 minutes it took to make the deal but I would definitely go back and this dealership was part of that positive experience. The even picked me up from the airport. Good times.

As a female, i have not always had good experiences with car dealers. At Bill Estes I felt I was treated well and was heard. The follow up has also been good. I will use this dealer again.

I was looking for a Ford truck to pull a camper. I had seen a truck on the lot and I had been looking at it for about a week before I came into the dealership. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted at the door with friendly and cheeful sales employees. Soon I was talking to Kyle about my needs and the vehicle I had chosen to look at. Kyle was a good listener and soon was telling me about the truck I had mentioned to him and assuring me that it would meet my needs. In no time we were out test driving the truck and that experience was very relaxed and no sales pressure. Upon returning to the dealership Kyle and I sat and talked about my needs, the truck and what I thought about it. In no time at all we were finalizing the purchase. I never felt rushed, overwhelmed or pressured by Kyle. I will be back when it is time to purchase my next vehicle.

Since I knew exactly which used car make and model I was looking for (a 2012 Hyundai Sonata SE Turbo in Black), I wanted to do most of my negotiating through email. Kyle Lunning earned my business because he was extremely responsive to my emails and even took time to send me a video walk through of the 2012 Sonata I was looking at. He answered all of my questions and responded to numerous emails over the course of a few days. I found everyone at the dealership to be very low key and easy to work with. Since I work in sales myself, I have very high expectations and I felt as though they were met at Bill Estes Ford in Brownsburg.

Was mis-quoted the actual price of the vehicle I was interested in by $5000. I feel the sales people could have been more knowledgable about the different vehicles options,accessories, and differences between vehicles. I was sucked in with 0% financing just to realize I would lose incentives. They were able to get me into a payment with low financing that I was able to live with. I did put a big downpayment with trade in on my new vehicle. Have not used the service department yet. Could not have afforded this vehicle without my employers x-plan with incentives. I picked an expensive vehicle. Chris in financing was helpful & reassuring.

Very knowledgeable about the vehicle we wanted. Greg Floyd helped us and was knowledgeable about different finance options. I liked the rundown we were given about the computer options on the screen inside the car, after we bought it . Very helpful. Everyone was very friendly.
