Kymberly Platt at Lexus of Reno

The personnel at Lexus of Reno are Outstanding. This is the 5th Lexus I have purchased from this dealer. The service staff are fantastic along with the parts and office staff. Lexus of Reno is the finest dealership I have dealt with during the past 47 years. The dealership is spotless, waiting area is just like being at home. This is just a small example why I keep going back.

Wanted to express my thank you and appreciation to Kymberly, Marc and Valerie for the great customer experience. We felt no pressure or the standard back and forth for hours that we have endured during other car buying processes. Everyone was very friendly, professional and made us feel special during the entire process.

Jesse, Kym and Verlin were very helpful, friendly and professional. They really tried to help us find what we were looking for. They spent a lot of time with us to get that accomplished. Todd also put in his share of making us feel comfortable and welcome. I know that my relationship with Lexus did not end when we signed the papers, but that anytime we have questions or need help with the car, they will be there to assist us.
I would recommend this dealership to friends and especially the people (Jesse, Kym, Verlin and Todd) who made the experience a very pleasant one.

Kim-Anne was great to work with. She made sure that my wife and I were completely satisfied with everything, from water to closing of the deal. She continues to follow up with us after the deal was closed. Chris and Jesse made sure our financing and set up of vehicle were in order. I would definately recommend Lexus of Reno to everyone.

Kymberly Platt is an absolute joy to work with and her product knowledge is outstanding. Our latest purchase was a birthday surprise for my wife. Kymberly coordinated the surprise and had the new car on the showroom floor with a big bow on it and a sold sign with my wife's name on it. My wife and I were looking at various cars on the showroom floor and she saw this car and admired how she loved the interior and exterior colors. She sat in the car still not knowing it was for her and she said how much she loved it. I removed the sold sign from the dash and showed it to her saying that it was already sold. She sighed until she saw her name on the sign. The tears flowed and it just made her day.

My sincere thanks goes out to Kymberly for pulling this all together.

Steve Jones was the service writer when I bought my Lexus RX350 in for routine maintenance. He introduced my wife and I to Kimberly Platt who we then spent 40 minutes visiting with and getting to know. We told her we were looking for an attractive deal on a Bergundy Wine color 2008 Lexus RX 350 AWD. This was Thursday and she said one was scheduled to be in on Saturday. She called Saturday morning to say the list of expected cars had an error, that the one which had arrived was not what she had thought it would be and that we should not bother to come down. Later on Saturday she called to say that what we did want came in from another supplier and we made arrangements to test drive it on Sunday. That was normally her day off but she came in to accomodate us. We loved the car and made the deal and after certification and safety check, drove it away today, Tuesday, May 1, 2012. Kimberly is delightful in every way. Thoroughly professional but with a fun personality. Very knowledgeable about all the Lexus products and how they differ. She patient and never made us feel rushed. As we were getting ready to leave, she paired both of our iphones to the new car and to the Lexus I had purchased last summer. Truly dedicated to serving the customer to the best of her ability. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her or use her services again.+

I was very impressed with my experience with kim and verlin. They were professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I would say the whole experience was fun!

They took their time with me. Never rushing me or pushing me. I liked the time with Verlin, because he explained everything about the car. I don't want to miss any feature. I felt very comfortable with everyone at the dealership.

Verlin Gunnels is marvelous at giving you step by step clear directions on how to operate your beautiful new Lexus. He is patient, very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. He went the extra mile to make sure I had everything needed for smooth riding. Kymberly Platt helped we with registration.
