Lance Hargrove at Jeff Wyler Honda of Colerain

Larry has much knowledge about Honda cars and worked with me with until I got the price I was happy with. He brought my new Accord to my home because my husband had a broken foot and when I returned the car for my accessories he brought me home . Who does that? That would be Larry and I thank you. I know if I have any future problems or questions I can call him and be treated always as a new customer. I have been for many years, a Toyota owner and was a little afraid to change something that wasn't broken, but taking one look at Honda cars I knew I didn't make a big mistake. If you want to buy a Honda, ask for Lance. Excellent salesperson, very knowledgeable, and a great guy. He got the leather seats installed in my car right away and took only a minute to get my phone set up with the car's bluetooth! I am extremely happy with the service.

I was looking for a newer used Honda Accord under 30,000 miles and was jacked around by other dealerships(salesmen) in the Cincinnati area. I looked online and saw a couple of used ones I liked at Jeff Wyler. We met Lance Hargrove on the sales floor and he took care of us from there. One thing that I really liked about Lance that he was a personal guy and anything we asked he did. It got detailed once and there was still a couple spots and with no questions asked he took it right back down to detail. While talking to him we knew he was getting off at 6pm but he stuck with us until the deal was done at 8pm. From talking to many salesmen at many dealerships for weeks Lance served us well and when pulling off the lot I felt good and very comfortable after purchasing this vehicle. If anyone came to me looking for a new or used car I would aim them towards a Honda and Lance Hargrove. Thanks Lance

At first when walking into the dealership, I was not approached for about 10 minutes. This almost caused me to walk out until Lannce was directed to assist me. He was very helpful. Awesome saleman and consumate professional! Very personable and knowledgable about the Honda "product". He was very instrumental is getting me a great deal with my trade-in. Lannce switched out my plates and helped me unload and reload all my "junk" that was in my car. (Which was a feat in itself.) I will definitely refer Lannce to any prospective Honda buyers. His customer service skills are excellent!

I recently visited Honda for service and ended up buying a new car! I honestly wasn't looking to buy a car, but the sale rep. was nice, honest and very persuasive. So I took a chance and went through the whole buying a new car experience and to my surprise it turned out way better than I expected! I got the car at an awesome deal it was definitely worth it!
