My Review of Razzari Ford Mazda:
On April 16th of this year my wife totalled her truck after hitting a pole on a country road near Armona, CA. She came out with minor injuries and right away I began looking for a replacement vehicle. For the second time in a year I found it, a 2009 Explorer Sport Trac XLT, at Razzari Ford Merced listed on Craigslist. We drove up from Hanford that Friday and were greeted by sales associate Omar Khalil on the lot. He took us right to the car and my wife loved it instantly. A quick test drive and we stopped in to work out the details. Pressed for time we met Lance Hughes to discuss the price and a few details. We left to return to Hanford and within a few hours Manny from finance phoned to work out some last minute details with the paperwork and then Omar and another female associate delivered the truck detailed and full of gas. I later discovered there were no owners manuals for the car and Omar worked with Lance to get some ordered for us. They have kept me informed of the status of these last few items and this is greatly appreciated. Yesterday Manny gives a follow-up call to my wife and she was pleasantly surprised with the good customer service.
Some key points I noted after dealing with members of the Merced Ford dealership:
* Their Internet advertisers are doing a fantastic job getting cars listed on Craigslist! The photos of the detailed cars in that photo room w/ painted floor make for a great presentation;
* Each car I have looked at were highly detailed, like a new car purchase. Coming from the military, I immediately noticed the attention to detail. Please tell your washrack/detail folks to keep up the great job;
* The delivery of my first car purchased last year to Fresno and this one to Hanford the other day have made the purchases convenient, and cutout a lot of the time usually spent waiting inside a dealership for paperwork to get completed; and
* Follow-up contact after the sale, whether to see how a customer is doing or to fix any last minute issues, continues to show people that you care and want to earn their business in the future. Omar, Lance, and Manny, keep up the great work!.
