My Review of Jon Lancaster Toyota & Scion :
CS - We were asked by a rep (Landon) if we had any questions within the first minute of arriving on the lot. Helpful - not pushy, therefore Great. Quality of work - the accountant was new and had some issues with paperwork - asking us to sign documents that had no details filled in which wasn't good but he was friendly and explained that he was still new. Landon and accountant were both nice, not overbearing. The overall experience was good - not great because literally it took forever. We knew what vehicle we wanted, test drove it within 15 minutes of arriving at the lot, walked into the building at 2 pm from the test drive and didn't leave until after 6 pm with the vehicle because it was busy and everything seemed to take forever. We will definitely shop here for our next vehicle and ask for Landon.

Landon was a pleasure to work with & we will recommend him to our friends. Stephen handled the problem that we had with the vehicle like a true professional. This is our second car we have purchased from Jon Lancaster in the past four years and I have to say what a wonderful experience we had with Landon buying our first BRAND new car at Jon Lancaster. Not only was Landon very personable but very understanding on our needs and wants in a new car. Trust me when I say I will tell all of our friends and family about our experience with Landon and buying our new car at Jon Lancaster. I would highly recommend both Landon, and Jon Lancaster Toyota, to anyone! My experience at this dealership was honestly a pleasure. When it is time to purchase another Toyota, I will be back!

Immediately following a horrible experience I had at a GMC dealership in my home town, I called this dealership on a pre-owned Rav4 I saw on their Internet listings. Landon Frenz answered my inquiry and looked up the vehicle for me to be sure it was still avaialable before I came down (I live 40 miles away). He was very helpful, without being at all pushy, so I made the trip down.

Landon made me welcome when arrived and we spent time looking at several Rav4's in my price range. I test drove all of them before the day was done, some more than once. Landon was very patient and answered all of my questions and actually encouraged me to take the time I needed. There was no pressure to buy one over the other, or to try to move me to a different vehicle with a larger price tag. Very much appreciated that!

When I was ready to proceed, he and the team at the dealership made the offer/acceptance process clean and fair. There was no pressure, no tag team tactics, nothing of the behavior I experienced at the other dealership.

I was satisfied with the price I got for my trade-in, and I feel I received a very good vehicle at a good price in return.

Landon went the extra mile to be sure my Rav4 was ready to deliver to me, even making sure it had all the floormats and ordering a small cover piece that was missing in the cargo area. All without me having to ask or being made to feel like it was a pre-owned vehicle, so shouldn't expect it.

Thank you, to Landon and all of the staff at Jon Lancaster Toyota. You have a staunch supporter in this gal!

I was looking for "just" the right vehicle for my physical needs and price limit. My severe back problems meant I needed a vehicle I could easily get in and out of, so when shopping for a vehicle I needed to sit in many to find the "right fit". I was approached by a salesman that looked to be about my age, a great relief to me because he might understand my situation better. I couldn't have been luckier to be assisted by LANDON FRENZ. From the moment we spoke about my specific needs, LANDON was right on the mark! His suggestions led to my purchase of a beautiful 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan. Not only did LANDON treat me with the utmost respect but every single Lancaster employee I came in contact with also greeted me, held doors for me and asked if they could be of any help. The whole experience at Joh Lancaster Toyota was so great from beginning to end. I've told many people about my experience, "I was treated as though I had purchased the most expensive new vehicle on their lot, they even pulled my van inside to put my new plates on and while I signed final paperwork LANDON entertained my 2 young grandsons in this shiney/inside pick up area." I would buy again from Jon Lancaster Toyota in a heart beat and will refer as many people to them as I can. Thanks LANDON and Jon Lancaster!!!!

I would highly recommend jon lancaster toyota to all my friends and family for one simple reason. Salesman Landon Fenz. He worked with us when We bought our new 2010 Toyota coralla and now with our 2006 nissan pathfinder. Landon has a great personality. Very Friendly and out going. He went out of his way to make sure that our experience there was super fantastic. He was very knowledgable about thier product and was willing to take time with us as we looked thru car after car. Overall when dealing with Landon it felt more like dealing with family than some strange salesman. When we sat down to talk price with landon he went out of his way to make sure that we stayed within our alot budget. This may not count for much but i seriously think Landon Fenz needs some major recognization. I will continue to do my business there at jon lancaster toyota for many ears to come.

I gave the Great (5) rating above because of the unparalleled service, information, and help provided. I stopped in due to a recall on my 1996 Toyota Truck and left with a 2000 Toyota Tundra. I have Multiple Sclerosis which makes walking difficult, Landon did alot of walking for me, retrieving things from my old truck and bringing the new truck closer to save steps. I am happy with the pricing for my old truck and the new. If I had been looking for a different truck the 2000 Tundra is just what I wanted, so happy you had it on the lot. The financing was quick and easy.
