I have known people at DallasRoadster for a long time. Bought vehicles from them. I also have had my vehicles serviced there, for many years. My experience with DallasRoadster has been nothing short of excellent.I bought another vehicle from them this week.

This was one of the best experiences I have ever has at a car dealership. It was easy, we didn’t have all that back and forth business. We told them what we wanted to do, what we could afford and they just made it happened. No changes, no well what about this, or this etc.....

I haven't had this level of customer service from any other dealership in the past. Jason crunched numbers, searched vehicles, and found the best possible fit for me in the end. It felt like I was the only person he had to deal with. Spent as much time as necessary, even over the weekend, to make me happy, and he most certainly did. I met with Patrick and Larry, the day I went to pick up the vehicle. Patrick initially greeted me, while Jason was working with another client, and made me feel at home. Larry took care of the financial piece, which went without a hitch. The lender was chosen and my entire purchase process, from test drive to signing the last bit of paperwork, was done in the blink of an eye, and I left completely satisfied. I have already recommended the team @ Dallas Roadster to many friends of mine. Couldn't be happier. Thanks guys.

Joel did an excellent job in repairing my vehicle. He went above and beyond what I had asked for...this is the kind of service you want when your car needs repair..honest fast and better than expected, I trust Joel's work. On top of this, Debbie the front desk person is the happy professional face which greets me when I have a question....and the finance manager Larry is always available to answer my questions and give me good information on my warranty. I have recommended Dallas Roadster to my friends and family.

Its easy to have experiences in life and have them go as planned. The true test of stregnth and will is when challenges arise and adversity is faced. Dallas Roadster and I both acquied and overcame a very unnatural string of complications together when I know in my heart most dealerships would have given up. No matter whereOI ever live in the country, I will fly in or import my ride from Dallas Roadster. In life and in general, I like to be challenged. I enjoy the fight. Its important to have soldiers with you in the line of battle that you can rely on. Dallas Roadster: Larry and Joe, are on my team; trusted tried and true!

My mother bought two cars from Larry at Dallas Roadster and they treated her extremely well. She was able to use their website to search their inventory to pick out two cars to test drive. She bought her favorite color and style. About 3 weeks after she bought the car she had a small problem with a light on the dash and did not have time from her job to take car to the repair shop. Larry fixed the car right away on a Saturday so she did not have to miss work to have it repaired. He was very polite and made her feel like he would do whatever it took to make everything perfect for her. Larry took the time to explain to her what repair was done and told her if it was not fixed to her satisfaction then let him know and he would make it right. She has dealt with many other car dealers in Dallas over the years and none of them were as professional and focused on customer service as what Larry demonstrated. I have now bought my car from Dallas Roadster. I have recommended two friends to buy their cars from Larry--Dallas Roadster has great selection of cars and excellent customer service--that is what you want in a dealer!

I have purchased 4 cars from Dallas Roadster, each time I had an excellent experience. Larry always provides excellent customer service, and a fair price. He has been with Dallas Roadster for a long time because of his ability to get the best deal for the customer. He explains everything to me clearly, and listens to what I want in a car. As a female customer I am confident that he is not taking advantage of my lack of knowledge of the car business. I have referred my friends to also buy cars from Larry. I encourage you to check out their website, it is easy to navigate and has all the Carfax info online.
