When I began working at Carson Nissan, I was surprised by the dedication every employee here demonstrates by their quality of work and the respect they show to each and every customer. I share our General Managers philosophy that treating a customer with honesty and respect is best for our business. My Review of Carson Nissan:
Larry was very patient with su when we went into just look at some used cars. He let us drive whatever we wanted to test drive. He explained the whole process to us. My best car buying experienc in years. The general manager Preston Han, came out to greet us and he even made us some popcorn while we waited for the assessment of our trade-in.

My Review of Carson Nissan:
I started finding out about the vehicle I wanted about 2 days ago. I chatted online with the specialists. They then told me that they would send me information about the cars that I was interested in. They had informed Irvin Vasquez of the vehicle that I was interested. He took time to call me to talk to me about the car. He listed the cars that he had in inventory. He had sent me an email later that day communicating with me to see if I would be interested in going to the dealership to test drive and talk about the vehicles. The next day he confirmed my presence at the dealership. I had reassured him that I was going to show up!!! :) When I pulled into the dealership I was greeted by Larry Morales about 10 seconds after I stepped out of my car. He had asked me the reason for my visit to Carson Nissan. I had told him that I had an appointment with Irvin. He explained the process that Irvin would be helping with my trade in and that he (Larry) would be showing the car of my interest. Irvin asked for my keys so that they could appraise my car that I would be replacing. In the meantime Larry was showing me the 2010 Nissan Altima Hybrid. He was very patient and explained everything about the car. He was able to answer all my questions that I had about the car. He let me test drive the car. That went very well. When we got back to the dealership we went inside and started talking numbers! After going back and forth for a little we struck a deal. I must say both of them were a pleasure to interact with. We joked with each other and it was a very comfortable experience. I was never pressured to to buy anything. I would definitely recommend Carson Nissan to all my family and friends. I will definitely be back in the future to buy another car.

I like that they made sure to detail my car and put gas in my car. I never got that at the last dealership.

After having the car for a day Irvin called me to check up on me to see how I liked it and if things were going well. I told him that they were. I am supposed to take my car into Carson Nissan on Friday May 4th for the installation of my Lo-Jack and my Automate (I think thats how you spell it lol). I am ready for a great experience.

My Review of Carson Nissan:
My overall experience at Carson Nissan was excellent. Everyone that helped me was so nice. I could tell their goal was to get me the best deal possible in a short ammount of time, which was great since I came from 5 hours away. From my initial call to me walking out the door with a pair of keys and my new vehicle, the employees at Carson Nissan were the utmost professional, kind, and customer oriented people that I've dealt with. I really feel that everyone did whatever they could to provide me with a great product and a great car buying experience.

My Review of Carson Nissan:
I had been shopping all week for a new SUV with no luck and was very discouraged. After visiting about every car manufacturer, my last stop was Carson Nissan. What a stroke of luck! I was greated by a friendly sales rep named Larry who showed me the Nissan Murano SV. Larry is the only salesman I have worked with in the past 10 years who was extemely professional and REALLY knew his product. After a test drive, I found I liked it but needed to do some research before seeing if I would buy it. Larry and the Nissan team get extra points for allowing me to leave without saying "what will it take to get you into this vehicle right now?"

I went home, did my homework and decided upon the Murano SL. Later in the afternoon I went back with what I thought was a fair offer for the car and an acceptable offer for my trade in. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who paged Larry for me. I told him the model I wanted and the offer that I was prepared to make. Larry presented it to the finance department and it was accepted. I believe it was a very good deal for me!

I'm looking forward to utilizing Carson Nissan for my service needs. If they are as friendly as the sales people are, this will prove to be a wonderful experience in new car ownership.

Larry was very helpful and Lanette. Larry work hard to give me a good price i would agree to. I'm very satisfied. I'm pleased to have met Larry. Larry made me feel comfortable. Larry explain very well the instructions about the car. Larry is excellent in his job. very helpful. He cared in accommodate me with agreement of the car and selected price rate.

We came to look and expected to be
bombarded with pressure but Larry was quite the opposite. He educated us on the car and was very patient. The atmosphere was so relaxing that we were able to make a decision without feeling stressed out. Very happy with the decision to purchase the Rogue from Larry.

Larry was a great salesman that was really patient and more than willing to help us out. My mother in law and I both bought a car from him. Larry was the first one to greet us and definitely took his time with us even when we initially told him we were just looking and not really wanting to buy that night. He never treated us as if we were wasting his time. He has called a few times just to check on things and make sure everything is okay. He even got me floor mats for my car since it didn't come with any. i will definitely recommend Larry and this dealership to my friends.

My Review of Carson Nissan:
I have had negative experiences at other Nissan Dealerships. Carson Nissan has come to the rescue! Their service department is awesome. The customer service and quality of work is top notch. They speak to you one on one and it they make you feel important. Being a woman I have dealt with people in the auto industry thinking I don't know what I'm talking about, so they think I won't know what they are talking about. Carson Nissan makes me feel competent and explains the issues to me and takes what I have to say with great consideration.
The vibe of the dealership is very welcoming. If they are not helping you directly, they greet you in a warm manner.
Just want to say thanks!

My Review of Carson Nissan:
I hadn't bought a new car for many years and was referred to Carson Nissan by a friend. Like many, I dread going through the ritual back-and-forth mating dance requisite of buying an automoblile. My initial contact was by email and then by telephone to Linda Webber. Linda was from the beginning cordial, personable, and professional in determining the availability of the hard to find model I was searching for. Within a few days she had the exact model and we set an appointment. Her co-worker Larry Morales met me promptly and proceeded to got through the car's features. We took a test drive and then Linda helped my wife and I through to options for purchase. There was never a moment where we felt uncomfortable or pressured to buy - very professional. Due to their collective efforts, my attitude towards the car-buying process has been changed, at least at their dealership. Overall, a satisfying experience for a process that is often not one.
