Larry Murner at Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group

I didn’t feel like being bothered by any pressured sales tactics while visiting a dealer show room so I contacted with Jeff D’Ambrosio Auto Group via the internet. I connected with Caitlin through a web chat, she invited me to visit the show room and I agreed. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Caitlin, then; introduced to Larry. I was made to feel like I was a very important customer. I was totally impressed by the way the staff acted. I then realized it wasn't an act! Caitlin and Larry were totally dedicated and committed to their jobs along with their honesty, sincerity, respectfulness and integrity. I was made to feel instantly comfortable and right at home, I felt like I was a part of the D’Ambrosio team.

I highly recommend Larry and this dealership. Larry is a highly motivated above average car sales person who is extremely knowledgeable of all the DAmbrosio product lines, he is a mature, concerning, dedicated professional who was never out of touch with my car buying concerns.

I was very pleased with my car buying experience to include the deal I received. I would not hesitate to recommend Larry and this Dealership to anyone and everyone interested in buying a new or used automobile.

I visited Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group Tues Dec 4 & Thur Dec 6 to look for a vehicle.

I specifically requested Larry Murner the first night that I walked in due the way he handled our previous purchase with my daughter's Jeep Liberty during Summer 2012.

Larry was very patient, listened to what I was looking for and expalined details of the various models that I drove. I will recommend Larry to family & friends seeking a car/truck.

We now have 3-Jeff D'Ambrosio [Chrysler Van, Jeep Liberty, Jeep Patriot] in our driveway.

My first contact with D'Ambrosio Auto Group was with Tiffany Fielder via the internet/phone. I found her phone presence to be very friendly. We visited the showroom the next day and she introduced us to Larry Murner. We knew exactly the color/options of the 2013 jeep we wanted and Larry was very professional in directing us to the available models. We purchased a jeep that day. Larry had all the paperwork ready for us to sign the next day when we picked up our shiny new jeep. Our new car shopping experience could not have been any better. Thank you so much!

From the moment I walked into this Dealership, all the employees were polite and very helpful in finding the vehicle that I was looking to purchase. It was no trouble in taking the vehicle out for a test run, told me what options I had available and they answered all my questions concerning the vehicle. All the staff completed the paper work promptly and the day of the pick up for my vehicle everything was completed and ready for me. I would recommend this Dealership to all my friends and family.

The D'Ambrosio dealership was the third Jeep dealership that I visited in looking for a new vehicle.

The first two, quite frankly, left me frustrated and wondering why people can't be straight and honest in their business dealings. It was there that I met Larry Murner.

Larry immediately made me feel at ease in discussing my new vehicle purchase. His product knowledge was exceptional as we test drove an SUV that was similar to my interest. Larry also had a USB "Thumb Drive" in his pocket so he could show me how the radio could play music from it.(I'm sure he did that on his own)

There was no "hard sell" approach with Larry and we were able to discuss vehicle options and details openly and honestly.I felt a comfort level with Larry and his opinions when I asked for them were not driven by maximizing dollars but what he genuinely believed was meeting my needs. Now that is a salesman!!

It is my belief that Larry's approach could and should be incorporated into the sales training kit for car sales people. It would change greatly the perception that people have of car sales people. I am very happy with my experience at D'Ambrosio Jeep. Thank you Larry Murner.

Larry was a very good salesman. he was not pushy, but informative, and a very nice guy to deal with. He was sure to answer all of our quesetions thoroughly and with knowledge. We enjoyed our expierence at Jeff D'Ambrosio, and we will come back for our next new car in the future. :)

Larry was awesome, from the first time my husband and son came in to the last time when we bought the car. This car was for our 18 year old son and Larry could not have been more helpful, kind, professional, and excited for this purchase. We would definitely recommend not only this dealer, but certainly, Larry as well.
