Larry Pinnick at Pacific Honda

I've never dealt with people that were so nice and worked so hard to help me purchase a car and considering my circumstance i didn't make it easy for them!! they definitely pulled some strings for us to make it happen, and every time we had a bump in the road they assured us we weren't leaving with out a car.. it's actually funny because we were shopping around at different dealership but not once did we apply to pacific honda, they had called me telling me i had approved for a car (which i felt like i wasn't gonna hear that in a long time) 2005 honda accord fully loaded, I THOUGHT IT WAS FRAUD! so i googled the pacific honda number and inquired about the person that called me AND SURE ENOUGH it was the sales person who helped me purchase the car! not only at the moment i thought i was too good to be true so i took a chance to go down there thinking they were gonna tell me it was a mistake, and the first thing Larry said to me was CONGRATULATIONS YOU APPROVED do you want to see your car, we put together the paper work and all i needed was my $2,000 down payment. Well the next day Reza calls me in and tells me, Larry really worked hard on your case! he worked his magic and was able to get $1,000 off your down payment, and all you need is $500 now and the other $500 later (NOW THAT DEFINITELY SOUND TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE! right? WRONG!) we did a run through with the car make sure everything was in good and working condition, get insurance, cross all our T's and dot all our I's by the end of the day we were on our way home with our NEW but used 2005 honda accord. We went back to the dealership today to give our down payment and Reza and Larry hooked us up with a full tank of gas! TALK ABOUT AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

And i will recommend Larry "MAGIC" Pinnick and Reza Ghasemi to ANYONE without any reservation.
Thanks again for all the help with getting me a car! I LOVE IT!

I purchased my Used Infinity from them and returned for a 2010 Honda Accord since I had been treated respectfully, professionally and efficiently this time and 2 years ago. I will probably be a life long customer of theirs.

Do you believe in "MAGIC"? I DO!!! (& I'm not referencing a 70s song), I'm speaking of Mr. Larry "MAGIC" Pinnick, credit manager at Pacific Honda! Recently I lost my husband to lung cancer, Larry was the only financial/salesman in San Diego that was dedicated to getting me and my 13 yr old son into a car.It was a scary emotional endeavor but thanks to Larry, it was smooth, fast, & one that ALL dealerships should be proud to provide their customers. I won't speak of the "exacts" of this city's other dealerships and their staff but what I can tell you is that I was in the market for over 6 months and NO OTHER dealership, OR sales, OR credit dept. compares to that of PACIFIC HONDA! I LOVE MY NEW MAZDA 3! I can't say enough or recommend more that you stop wasting time and energy bouncing from this place to that place and get to Pacific Honda and ask for Larry Magic Pinnick...Hocus Pocus! He'll make a believer outta ya! ?? He Saw the Best in Me??

There are no words to describe how I feel today. Mr. Larry "Magic" Pinnick is to thank for my elation. I had been going through alot lately, and had given up hope for a brighter day. I didn't believe that anything would come out of inquiring on purchasing a vehicle and had been told no so many times. This man, was dedicated to helping me and putting me in a vehicle. His hard work, and commitment in doing so shined right through til the end. Not only did he keep trying until he found a bank to finance me but he also took the time to make sure I had a way to the dealership. Making time from his schedule he picked me and brought me back home. He found a way around every obstacle that was in my way prohibiting me from being able to purchase. The day I signed my paperwork and it was official, I couldnt believe it. Magic told me he would get me in a vehicle and did just that. Holding back my tears I thanked him repeatedly for all his help and for giving me something my life needed right now. I truely appreciate everything he has done, and wish there was something more I could do to show my gratitude because thank you isnt enough in my eyes for giving me and my children a great start at our new journey. He truely is my angel, and would recommend him and the dealership to everyone that I know. Magic, his nickname is truely what he is and a great asset to any company. I am thankful that he was sent to me. Thanks Magic!

My sales rep was so helpful and knowledgeavle. I walked in the dealership so stressed out and in need of immediate assistance and he found the right car within my butget. He was able to cope with my stress and take care of my situation in a timely manner and provided service with a smile. Best shopping experience ever!

Larry aka Magic. helped me get a fair price, good apr, and satyed later then his shift, like to add that other associates were not helpfull they wore just getting in our way at one time there wore 4 members in a small office. Larry keept his cool and Made me fell important, thank you
