Larry Simcox at Larry Hill Ford

Larry Hill Ford was recommended to me by a friend who is a mechanic and long time resident of the area. He's been in the auto business in Cleveland for years so I trust his judgment.
Once at Larry Hill I was introduced to salesman Larry Simcox who was itchin' to make a deal. It took days, not Larry's fault, but I finally got into a vehicle that was within my budget and was in a solid vehicle. Thanks also to the great perseverance from from Messrs Little and Awad as well as Mr. Simcox's to make a deal happen.

I had been looking on-line for a new work truck. I found one I wanted at Larry Hill Ford. I had previously purchased a new car for my wife from Larry Simcox at Larry Hill Ford.
My experience with Mr Simcox in the past was a remarkable car buying one. From the beginning, Larry would listen to us about what we were looking for. He didn't waste our time or his by showing us vehicles that didn't match our requirements. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles. If we asked a question about something he wasn't sure of, he would call over someone that did know the answer.
Anyway, when it was time to but another vehicle, I new I would find and deal with Larry Simcox. I found my vehicle on-line, contacted Larry Simcox, and went to the dealership. He brought me to the vehicle we had discussed. The price was the same, no bait-and-switch tactics. Larry Simcox is a great asset to Larry Hill Ford. I would recommend him to all my friends.

Larry Simcox made my first car buying experience very comfortable. He not only took us around to meet various staff members who would be dealing with my car (from finance to the mechanics and even the man who would be ionizing my car), but he also spoke to me as a normal human being--not just another sale. It was very clear Larry wanted our business. He even gave us souvenirs (a back scratcher and a fan) the first night we left, and we hadn't even agreed to buy the car. Larry was determined to find me the car that I wanted, and he did. I will definitely consider future business with him and this dealership.

I came in looking for a new truck. Mr Simcox assisted me in locating a truck that fit what I was looking for. He was very helpful in answering my questions and explaining the process so I could understand what was going on. He was very knowledgeable on trucks and made my experience at Larry Hill Ford an enjoyable one. This is the 5th vehicle I have bought here and highly recommend Larry Hill Ford to all my friends.

We have waited 7 years to purchase a new vehicle and I have been doing research for the past 4 weeks or so. I even took my laptop to bed looking at Crossovers!! After narrowing my decision to 3 choices I began to email dealerships and arranging test drives. Chris Yancey was very prompt in contacting me and got down to business quickly (I really liked that). Once an acceptable price was agreed upon I went to the dealership to test drive. Larry Simcox was a great salesman, very informative, answered all my questions and let the Explorer XLT sell itself. He expedited his paperwork as quickly as possible and checked on me frequently as I waited to complete the required financial papers. He even brought me cheese crackers and a coke while I waited. It was a good experience that I will be happy to share with friends and neighbors. We are regular "service customers" at LH Ford and it just felt right to buy American close to home. A special thanks to Victor, the sales manager, for completing my financial paperwork to save me time. Also special thanks to Marvin (think I have the name correct) who patiently introduced me to Sync and other features of the XLT. I never made it to Atlanta to test drive the 3rd vehicle.

I very much enjoyed my buying experience at Larry Hill Ford. I have known Larry Simcox for a few years now and have said if i bought a new vehicle I would buy one from him. He earned my business from the beginning. The buying experience was great from the beginning, from Larry to the finance manager, all were eager to help and assist in my new vehicle purchase. Thanks to all who were there during my purchase but thanks to especially Larry Simcox who might be the coolest old man ive ever had the pleasure of meeting. I would definatley reccomend buying a new or used vehicle from this dealer.

The overall experience was good. Everyone was anxious to help when we arrive with only about 10 minutes to get to the credit union to close the deal. We were able to get everything completed in time to purchase the car we located on the internet. What was advertised was what we found to be true.

Everything was very productive until we came to the paper closure process. Even though all that remained was to delive the chedk and sign the required documentation for transfering the car title, we had to wait for a couple of hours as the back log of paper work ahead of us was quite large. Larry Simcock was very helpful and even gave us a couple of burgers due to the long wait.

It would be good to evaluate the cause for the long wait to sign the documents as it may only occur on the week end as this was on Saturday.

The prices are the best we found as well as great service with the exception of the wait. We are looking to purchase another vehicle soon and will definetly return to you dealership.
