Over the years I have purchased many vehicles from Larry and also have had my family members buy from him. He is always very professional and can always answer any questions that you may have about any of the vehicles that you are looking at. He has always been very honest and really takes pride in making sure that your experience is very good. I will continue to buy from Larry and send him as many customers as I can.

My Review of Mercedes-Benz of Salt Lake City:
First and foremost I would like to thank Jimmy for ALWAYS taking care of me on all the cars I have purchased from him. The most recent one being the 2012 ML350. He is always very professional but at the same time I feel like I am buying a car from a good friend. I would recommend him to anyone!

As for their GM Dave Bennion, thanks for always giving me an excellent deal even on a car that is in high demand.

If it weren't for Dave Franchow, I would have to deal with selling my trade-ins on my own. Thanks for always giving me a fair trade-in value.


Mike Kasparian, their service writer has been excellent to deal with anytime I had to have my car serviced. Also their service tech, Ken, is one of the best Mercedes techs out there.

I also have to give a shout out to Mike in their parts department. He's always friendly and willing to help with all my parts questions.

Last but not least, Mr. Taylor is the biggest Mercedes enthusiast. If you need to know something intimate about a Benz (new or old), he's your guy! Thanks for always answering my questions!

Overall Ken Garff Mercedes is the BEST car dealership I have ever dealt with. From sales to service and also parts.

Larry knows more about Mercedes car sales than anyone else. He always knows his competition to position Ken Gaff as the best for price/value & quality of car. He's always upbeat and eager to please and go out of his way to go so.

The dealership has a great service & parts staff as I have worked w/ them several times over the past 10 years.

My Review of Mercedes-Benz of Salt Lake City:
I have purchased many cars from many dealers located in many different parts of the country. I rate my experience with Larry Taylor and the Ken Garff team as truly exceptional from the first time a sat down with Larry to discuss what I wanted for a new car to my latest routine maintenance check. Working with Larry was a partnership not the traditional adversarial car sales battle. Once Larry understood what I wanted he went to work, it took several days and many test drives but we finally narrowed it down to a few choices. At no time was I presented a vehicle that did not meet my budget requirements or my expressed personnel tastes. Larry listened to me and I quickly learned to listen to him because he knew what I needed to know. The end result was a purchase that I have enjoyed for several years. I took ownership of my Mercedes because Larry took ownership of my buying experience. When comparing notes with other Mercedes owners in Park City I frequently find that we share more than joy of owning a Mercedes we also share the pleasure of having worked with Larry Taylor to purchase them. I look forward to being a repeat client of Larry's.
