My Review of Honda of Keene:
I had purchased a CR-V from Honda of Keene in 2007, working with a most professional and accomodating sales person, Lee Doherty. She was very knowlagable and confident, guiding us through to the price point that we desidred. She was honest and accomodating, never losing site that relationship matters, as she pulled hard to arrive at the vehicle and price we had requested (and belive me, I do my home work and know what the true costs and prices are). She did what she said she could do and walked us right through to the end the whole transaction.

When I had had my eye on a 2012 Ridgeline, Lee was able to hit a very demanding price point, and again delivered the vehicle and options that were reqested. In matter of hours, I had a call back that the exact vehicle, options, price and finance package was not only doable but whole deal was done and delivery was made in a matter of a few days.

In my experience, honesty and intergrity are not only her hallmarks, but they are pervassive attributes throughout the entire Fenton Family organization. Honda of Keene is the place to buy your next Honda.

The experience at Honda of Keene was nothing short of perfect. Very friendly atmosphere, not pushy at all. We've purchased our last four vehicles from them. We actually travel from Massachusetts 1 hour and 15 minutes because the experience with them has been so great!

I have purchased outright or leased probably 6 or 7 Hondas from this dealership. I have dealt with Lee Doherty for at least the last 3 or 4 vehicles and I wouldn't think of working with anyone else. Lee is such a straight shooter, a "fighter" for a deal or lease that I can work with, and absolutely trustworthy and honest. Plus, she makes buying a car lots of fun. (That's like saying getting a root canal is fun. Car buying can be stressful, but not with Lee or Keene Honda.) I also get all of the service work done (which is very little...just routine) at this dealership, and it is an equally fine experience. Lee Doherty is The Best....as are the Hondas she sells! My Review of Honda of Keene:
A satisfying experience from start to finish. Lee was by far the most helpful sales person we encountered. She gave us a full explanation at all phases of the process. Her follow through was exemplary. The finance manager and sales manger were very cordial as well. I used Edmunds four square calculator to figure out what I should be spending on our car. The original offer was quite close but we were able to do a bit better than projected. No hard sell, no outrageous promises. Upon delivery of our vehicle Lee took the time to walk us through all its features. She introduced us to the service manger and walked us through the service process. I detest buying a car but I must say this experience was surprisingly pleasant.

Honda of Keene made my car purchase enjoyable. Quick response to my internet inquiry. The car was ready to test drive when I arrived. All staff, from the sales team to the business manager were helpful and courteous. Very low key and no pressure at all. They were fair in their price and trade in. I would recommend them.

3rd used car purchased in last 11 months....things were so smooth the first two times, there was no question about where i'd return for future vehicles. others have said it well, lots of bells and whistles are offered, but none are pushed. there is no sense that employees are driven/motivated by 'upselling'. this keeps the whole process relaxed and enjoyable. this dealership is civic-minded also - as a board member for a local non-profit, i'm aware that we were given a Very Good Deal (at cost or better) on a much needed/appreciated min-van. kudos to lee and janelle (this time) and to lee, don, and jason (previously)!

My Review of Honda of Keene:
This is the 2nd used Honda I have purchased from Honda of Keene. I live in MA but the 50+ mile trip is well worth it! Both vehicles were very competitively priced and in “like new” condition. The dealership is very clean and modern. I enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and the low-pressure sales approach. Extras such as extended warranties were offered and explained but not “pushed”. The web site is great too and has multiple photos of many of the vehicles available. You will find an even bigger selection of vehicles on the lot. The financing and paperwork all went very smoothly.
