While sales people are generally nice this dealership knows nothing about customer service. Most recently was buying out my lease and was given a specific amount so I could get a bank check. Once there I knows nothing about customer service. Most recently was buying out my lease and was given a specific amount so I could get a bank check. Once there I was told they needed an additional $1500 for taxes. GM basically said the salesman was at fault for inaccurate information- way to support your staff. I feel the amount should have been written off as a check was already done. But no way. The entire process took over two long hours. Other encounters were equally unsatisfying but I won’t continue. I will find a shop in town for future car repairs. More
