Lee Ann Maertens at Dick's Mackenzie Ford

Got a small scratch on my car and was unsure how to get it resolved so I decided to stop by the dealership on my way home. Within moments of walking into Mackenzie Ford I was greeted by Lee Ann and Benito. They explained my options and then proceeded to take care of my car. Mackenzie Ford consistently goes above and beyond in customer service. I have never had a bad experience and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new/used car or for maintenance on their existing Ford.

I have been working with Lee Ann for many years for my service needs. She does a great job and is very customer service oriented. I know if I ever have a problem, all I need to do is call her and she gets me in an out as soon as possible!

Great place to buy a car, have your car serviced and whatever else your auto needs are. Couldn't ask for a more friendly helpful business. The courtesy driver has been fabulous each and everytime I've needed a ride to and from work. Leann is always helpful getting my car in and out with ease. Would recommend to anyone needing nice, honest people to help with auto buying or service!

LeeAnn has always been friendly and knowledgeable. She has been able to help me solve all my car problems from working around my wacky schedule to having a key made when my 7 year old locked the keys in my car with the engine running. She is a pleasure to deal with!

I have had several good experiences at Dick Mckenzie Ford. I reguaraly use them for maintaing my work truck, i have had some major repairs and they have been fast and thourough and always beat their estimates! I take all my vehicles there for service. Thank you Leanne and Dicks service department!

Lee Ann went above the call of duty when placing a call to the company that handles my extended warranty. Through her experience and knowledge, I was able to receive a benefit of my extended warranty that I didn't even know that I had. Had Lee Ann not inquired about that benefit, it would have cost me about an additional $300. And due to an oversight on my part when I first dropped off my SUV for service, Lee Ann was able to re-open my case with the extended warranty company, fix the rest of the problem and I only had to pay one deductible of $100 instead of two. Thank you Lee Ann for doing more than "just your job".

I bought my 2005 F-150 from Dick's Mackenzie Ford and have had nothing but excellent service from them since. Leann M. and Roger Mackenzie are always very friendly and get me in for service when it is convenient for ME!!!! If I am ever in the market for another pick-up I will definitely be going back!!

I have been a longtime customer of Dick's Mackenzie Ford. I can't say enough good things about Leanne Maertens and the entire service department. She is always very helpful and courteous whenever I call, whether to just schedule an oil change, or a repair. I have always felt confident in the repairs I have had done here. I also really appreciate Tricia in the Courtesy Shuttle. She is always extremely pleasant and easy to talk to on the ride!
