Lee Burns at DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota

My justification for this rating is the honesty, and personalized attention given to me during my second lease experience at this dealership. They have been consistently at the top with respect to all aspects of customer satisfaction. It's not always you get personalized attention by a dealership GM. Congratulation to Lee Burns, GM of DCH. Melissa Sinapi Sales Consultant, represented this dealership in the highest manner that one could. She was courteous, informative and a professional in the true meaning of the word. It's a no brainer, go for it!!!

The sales person was very helpfull throughout the entire process of purchasing the vehicle. There was no pressure to buy as is to often experienced at other dealerships. DCH let me make the decissions, without any undue pressures and provided me with all the information as to cost, warantee, etc. before I agreed to purchase the vehicle.

DCH provides it's customers with all the info up front allowing them to make an informed decision without any hidden surprises. I recommend them highly.

I had been searching through Internet "For Sale" ads for a few weeks looking for a specific pickup truck. "One last look" through the classifieds before I committed to a deal at another dealership yielded a listing from DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota. While that particular truck turned out to NOT be one I wanted, a perusal of their web site showed two others that I was very interested in.

I initially called and spoke with the GM (Lee Burns). He put me in touch with Daryl Callahan (one of the Sales Managers), who brought Rich Schiro into the process. Rich was very helpful in understanding the options on the vehicle, the availability of additional dealer-installed options, costs, etc... Daryl and Rich were both extremely helpful in helping me put together a deal that worked for me and worked for them.

My first visit to the dealership was actually the day I went to pick up my new Tundra, and I was very impressed with the level of cohesiveness with which the dealership operates. Their approach is a little different from how other dealers work, and it's an approach that I like very much. None of the staff applies any sort of "pressure" to you while you're browsing, deciding, or even after the sale. Everyone understands where in the process a deal is, and they can all step in and out of the process at any point without you feeling like there are any gaps.

I willingly admit that I was extremely skeptical of the reviews on DealerRater.com because I tried using the site in the past for a completely different dealer and found that the reviews were actually bogus. What I learned after dealing with DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota is that these reviews are legitimate. They have extremely high satisfaction ratings in all areas FOR A REASON.

Thank you to Rich, Daryl, Lee, and everyone else that helped me get my new vehicle with a deal that I am very happy with!

Side Note: I rated the "Quality of Work" category as N/A because I didn't have "service work" done. The prep of the vehicle for delivery was excellent, and this very well may be the ONLY vehicle I have ever purchased where I don't need to go back to the dealership to have things "adjusted" after delivery.

I purchased a used Honda Pilot from DCH Toyota in 2008 from LEE BURNS. Along with the car, I also purchased the Toyota Extended Care warrantee which could be used at my private mechanic or any dealer including Honda and Toyota. Recently, I was looking to get warrantee work completed through Honda. When I went to the 2 closest Honda dealerships to Fishkill, they gave me a run around about servicing the car with Toyota Extended care and made my life extremely difficult. I remember when I bought it, Mr Burns told me if I have any problems, with ANYTHING, to come back to him. So I did just that. Mr BURNS personally set me up with the Service Manager JOHN STINSON to have my car checked out. What a pleasure it was to deal with JOHN STINSON. He set me up with a loaner car for my family while he diagnosed the issue. JOHN called every couple days to update me on the progress of the repairs. The service was performed quickly, unfortunately , no fault to JOHN, the Parts from Honda is was took a long time to get, but it was definely worth the wait. When the service was completed, they found and fixed over $1000 of additional problems with the vehicle that were all covered by the extended warrantee and the Pilot runs Perfect. After purchasing a Honda and being treated at the Honda Dealership like they were doing me a favor by fixing my car, my next car will definitely be from LEE BURNS at Wappinger Toyota and it will definitely be serviced by JOHN STINSON. They are A+ for PUTTING THE CUSTOMER 1ST. They treat you with so much respect and courtesy. THANKS AGAIN JOHN AND LEE!

I walked into DCH Toyota of Wappingers not knowing what to expect as past car buying experiences had not been pleasant. Although I was looking to buy a gently used car I was treated as if I were spending $1,000,000.00. I was greeted with courtisy and respect, attendid to immediately and my questions were all answered honestly. I am now a proud owner of a car I love and felt absolutely no pressure to spend more than what I planned or buy what I did not ask for. I had no idea a car buying experience could be so pleasing. After purchasing my car I recieved follow up contacts to be sure I was happy and customer service far surpassed my expectations. I would recomend this dealer to any and all buyers and truly feel Lee Burns and Robert Pucher are the reason I feel the way I do. I am grateful they take such pride in the services they offer and am proud to feel like one of the DCH Wappingers family!

This was my first experience with a Toyota dealership and it was exceptional! The staff from DCH Wappingers Falls was extremely friendly from the start. Lee Burns was very helpful over the phone, he was personable, and he worked hard to find me the car/color I wanted. The sales consultant Bobby Puchar was very friendly and knowledgeable. Bobby spent quite a bit of time going over all the features of the car and made sure that I was comfortable knowing the car's features before I left the lot. Pinkal also did a great job going over the financial paperwork and made the process enjoyable. Overall, all of the staff I dealt with went above and beyond to make myself and my parents feel comfortable. I am very pleased to have chosen DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota to lease my first new car from. I will be recommending this dealership to friends and family, and will most certainly do business with them in the future :)

They were all very accommodating and great to deal with -I would recommend anyone to check out Melissa for car dealer/ sales-it is especially nice to have a woman dealing for a change;Neil worked to assist me with paperwork and was very friendly and offered several good suggestions. I purchased a Corolla 09 and found that it was in great condition.

I was the owner of a 2007 Toyota Camry SE and was in the market for an SUV to tow a newly purchased travel trailer to tour the country and enjoy my recent retirement. I am one who does his research and looked into all types of SUV's available on the market. My main concern was towing ability, comfort and affordability. I decided to purchase a pre-owned to save money and get a good price for my Camry. I was directed to DCH Wappaingers Falls Toyota by a couple of satisfied DCH customers. I visited DCH and spoke with Lee Burns. I test drove a 2008 Sequoia on the lot that I saw on the DCH website. I was told of the benifits of a Cerified Pre-owned Toyota. After this I advised him that I was interested in the Sequoia and would look at other vehicles to compare and of course talk it over with my boss, the wife. After visiting other used car dealers for Expeditions, Suburbans, Tahoes and the like, I realized I felt extremely comfortable with DCH in my overall experience there. I returned and was introduce to my salesman Rich Schiro and again took a road test with my wife. The vehicle was exactly what I wanted. Rich explained all the special features of this type of vehicle, the value of the Certified benefits from Toyota and of course...it was a Toyota. The price was below Kelly Blue Book and well within my original price range. They then went over my 2007 Camry and even though it was involved in an accident and repaired, they offered me a price I could not turn down. The decision became easy. Rich made the transition for one car to the other, seamless. I can't explain how impressed I was with my experience at this dealership. I would and will recommend to my family and friends to vist this dealership for any vehicle needs, new or used. My thanks to Lee and Rich and the other employees I came in contact with. Ray Hoag

DCH Toyota... What can I say?! Although, my experience with this dealership had started off on the wrong foot... Lee Burns and his team at DCH did everything in their power to turn it around and make it right!
Eduardo was the sales associate who helped us with the 4Runner... he was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.
Ira, the used car manager gave us a great deal on our trade in too!
Lee Burns, the General Manager of the dealership went above and beyond to make the deal happen and we greatly appreciate it. We love our new truck!
