I never expected to drive out in a new car, never mind the great deal I got on the Scion IQ. The people I dealt with were great and got me on the road quicker than any dealer I've gone to in the past.
I would seriously recommend both the car, dealer and the salesman, Shawn Locke.

Danny, Lee and Wil were GREAT, FANTASTIC, WONDERFUL!. We (my husband and I ) have purchased/leased several vehicles over the last 25 years and I have to say until our visit to Fletcher Jones Toyota Scion, the experience has always been a painful one. Previously purchasing a car has lasted all day, with salesman, finance persons that seemed to enjoy stretching out the process as long as possible. And always projecting an attitude they were in charge and you were not and there was nothing you could do about it.

At Fletcher Jones Toyota Scion it was completely the opposite. Danny offered his services on our arrival and SURPRISE actually listened when we stated we were just looking. He gave his name, some directions on where we could locate the different types of vehicles in the lot and again SURPRISE stepped away.

When we met Lee, he offered Dannys assistance again to narrow down the selections we were interested in. Thats when the car buying process actually became enjoyable. Both Lee and Danny provided sympathy on our recent accident experience and seemed genuinly concerned that no serious injury had befallen anyone in our family. They both provided information on which "deals", warranties were currently available for several different models and styles. We kinda of ran Danny ragged with comparison shopping. He was gracious and geniune the entire time.

Once our decision was made, the financial paperwork began with Wil and again SURPRISE it was not painful at all. Now I understand that having really good credit and a substantial down payment may have helped make the process easier, however earlier car buying experiences with the same circumstances still took hours and hours and hours and hours. Once our purchase was approved, Wil then completed our experience in a totally positive way. It was like dealing with a family friend known for years it was that comfortable. There was humor, shared experiences and true concern that we received all the options, information available on our purchase.

When my husband returned mid week to have the loJack system installed Wil took excellent care of him. My husband was impressed that he was remembered and treated with the same geniune courtesy and friendly manner, especially since the purchase was completed 5 days prior.

A vehicle is a big and sometimes huge purchase and in these tough times the competion can be fierce for the same dollar. If being treated with respect, courtesy and friendliness is important to you, Fletcher Jones Toyota Scion is the dealership to visit. We will recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to make a vehicle purchase.

I just want to say that it's been a long time since I went through the car buying experience. Although I ultimately chose to lease my new Camry,my decision was based on Lee's straight forward approach in laying out my options with no undue pressure. Martin was very patient and helpful throughout all my test drives and took the time to answer all my questions.

From the time I stepped on that lot and still today, I have not had better service at any other dealership. Every person I've encountered in each department has been willing to help and provide service with a smile.

I cannot thank them enough. My Mom needed a car and she sent me out shopping for her. Prior to going to Fletcher Jones, I literally went to every car dealership in the Las Vegas valley to familiarize myself with the car market and find the right and perfect car for my Mom. I studied the cars, the CARFAX ratings, the certifications the price points, mileage, etc. Then I fortuitously landed on Fletcher Jones Toyota Scion where I met Tony and Lee. As a team, they listened to our story and then bent over backwards to help me find the perfect car for my Mom who lives over eight hours away. It is not easy to buy a car for yourself, let alone to buy a car for your mother. Tony had the patience of a saint to sit through the back-and-forth conversations between this mother and daughter duo. She and I went over EVERY SINGLE detail of probably 15 to 20 potential cars on their lot. Had I been in Tony’ shoes I would have wanted to strangle my Mom and me. ? But instead, Tony patiently guided us to what he and Lee thought would be a great car for us given all the factors. We finally found a car and it is perfect! I drove it up to my Mom and she is in love.

Tony, Lee and the ENTIRE Fletcher Jones Toyota Scion team are so professional and respectful. Not once did I feel pressure to buy, and not once did they try the quintessential wheeling-and-dealing car salesman tricks. I will never buy from anyone else. I want to repeat and emphasis… I WILL NEVER BUY FROM ANYONE ELSE. In the age of Internet, Kelly Blue Book and Edmunds they out performed and courteously work with you on the right type of car and then worked extra hard to get you a great price. It is obvious the motivation of the team is to create long-term customers by providing impeccable customer service.

If it Has 4 Wheels and 'Happens at Fletcher Jones Toyota Scion in Vegas'...It Doesn't Have to Stay in Vegas! I live in Northern Nevada and just recently bought a beautiful Pre-Owned/Certified 2009 Toyota Corolla, sight-unseen, via the Internet from Tony Gatto, an Internet Salesman at Fletcher-Jones. After Tony patiently allowed me to evaluate features I wanted-and-couldn't-live-without (on my budget), in addition to my must-have list, he and Lee Damschen recommended a car for me. Knowing I would have never considered that particular car simply because it was red, not only did they allow me plenty of time to reevaluate my thinking, but once I compared their recommendation to every other Pre-Owned car that I could find anywhere else, there was nothing that compared to the one they suggested. Tony even arranged with Lee to have that particular car held for me until I made my decision and my family could get by there to test drive it. Long story short, I named my beautiful, 'Certified Pre-Owned' car, RUBY, because she drives like a dream and is precious. I can hardly wait to make that long drive to Vegas to meet and thank Tony and Lee in person. Until then, Thank you for all you did for me Tony and Lee, I love this car! P.S. If you need a great new car, and want an excuse to go to Vegas....it'd be a win-win deal when you buy from Tony and the team at Fletcher Jones Toyota Scion.

This was my first experience with Fletcher Jones and it was great. It was more personable and I definitely felt very comfortable at this Toyota Dealership. Everyone was normal and not the stereotypical I am trying to get one over on you without you knowing it.
