I was very happy working with Leo. I told him what I wanted and he showed me a couple of different vehicles with different options to clarify what I really wanted. It was a very smooth process and I was in and out of the dealership in under 3 hours, thats pretty good for trading in a old car and driving home a brand new one. Thank you Leo and I will definitely be back again and will try to bring you other customers.

Great Experience! Everyone I interfaced with was polite, pleasant, and helped with the new vehicle buying process. I was in and out with my new truck in record time. All features on the vehicle were thoroughly explained, along with a several mile test drive to explain the important operational items. And, a full tank of gas was provided as my parting gift.

I had been thinking about buying a new truck for some time. I ran across South Oak' web site, and saw several vehicles that looked good. When I sent a query about one particular vehicle, I received a prompt response, with a price quote that was fantastic. After coming into the dealership, I met with Leo Estrada, and he was able to get even more discounts on the truck. This Kind of service, commitment to your customers is fantastic. The entire buying process was made extremely pleasurable due to Leo's knowledge of his vehicles and his willingness to work with us and his Manager , Mark Hester, to get us the best deal we could find in our geographical area.

My time is my most valuable asset and none of it was wasted dealing with South Oak Dodge. Most of out transaction was conducted over the phone. Upon agreeing on the terms of the purchase, we were told to come to the dealership and the vehicle would be ready and we could be on our way in 30 minutes. When we arrived, our new vehicle was being washed and fueled. All paperwork was prepared and awaiting signatures. Time spent with the finance manager was a matter of 10 minutes at most.

Leo then escorted us to the vehicle , explained the features of the vehicle to us and we were on our way.

They made buying a vehicle the enjoyable experience it's supposed to be.

Very respectful! Could not believe the way I was being treated at several other dodge dealerships in the area. I went to south oak after talking to a close friend of mine, and hearing how they handled her process.
Could not be more satisfied with the work and attention to detail that Leo Estrada showed us! I WILL be returning to these guys in the future for any of my car buying needs, and I recommend anyone who is looking to be treated fairly and with respect to visit the guys at south oak.

The sales staff and finance manager that I dealt with were very friendly, courteous, and accomodating. I am happy with my grand cherokee so far. I look forward to dealing with them again, seemed to be an honest no nonsense dealership as this was my first purchase here.
