Brought my car in for a recommended service, arrived early and was taken right in. Nothing major to be done so I waited rather than getting a loaner. When it came to the price, I was able to negoiate the price via email before I came down to finalize the sale. And, I got a really good deal. Paperwork always seems to take a long time to fill out but it was still without a hiccup. The sales manager accepted our trade-in after all else was negotiated and for a better price than one of the leading used vehicle companies. Now that we're loving our first Lexus, we're going to get a second. More
