Lisa Blaser at Dahl Ford Davenport

Everything at Dahl Ford was a great experience. My fiance and I went in and each got new vehicles. I can honestly say that i will probably never go anywhere else to purchase cars.

Mrs. Lisa Blaser gave me a wonderful new car buying experience. She was very professional, pleasant, and mindful of my needs. She gave complete explanations in all aspects of my purchase. Lisa is an exceptional Sales Consultant and I was so pleased she was able to make the time needed for me to be so completely happy and satisfied. I have purchased and/or dealt with Dahl Ford for over 30 years. I keep coming back for service and new cars because of who they are: they truly care about the customer and what the customer thinks and needs. They have an excellent Service Department which I "visited" regularly with my 2007 Ford Focus and will certainly be doing so with my new 2012 Ford Fusion. They are most sincere and the friendliest dealer I know of. I am handicapped and they never fail to assist me in any way I need. That means a lot to me. They have always treated me with such kindness. For a woman...that's important...and another important thing....honesty. I think Dahl has this. I trust them.

Lisa is a top shelf professional. She respected our time and our situation with family. She made us very comfortable and was a straight up honest person. Her followup and thoroughness was excellent and you could tell she has both the customer relationship and Dahl Ford's reputation foremost. One of the most comfortable deals our family has made.

Dan Wich and his service staff are always professional, have a listening ear for customer questions, and have a high diagnostic aptitude sense about issues that insure the problems are fixed right the first time and at lowest cost long term.

I HAVE NEVER HAD AN EXPERIENCE SO RELAXED AND SATISFYING WHEN BUYING A NEW TRUCK BEFORE AND THERE HAS BEEEN ALOT OF EXPERIENCES. TO START WITH LISA BLASER MET ME IN THE LOT AS I STARTED CHECKING WINDOW STICKERS. SHE INFORMED ME THAT THE MODEL TRUCK I WAS LOOKING AT STILL HAS SEVERAL REBATES THAT COULD BE HELPFUL IN MY DECSION. I THANKED HER BUT TOLD HER I USUALLY HAVE TOM COPELAND HELP ME. SHE SAID SHE UNDERSTOOD AND OULD STILL BE GLAD TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS I MAY HAVE UNTIL TOM BECOMES AVAILABLE AND THAT THEY SOMETIMES WORK TOGETHER. WE TALKED FOR A WHILE ABOUT THE ECOBOOST AND THE DIFFERENT F150 MODELS AND WAS PRETTY COMFORTABLE WITH HER ANSWERS. IT WAS COLD OUTSIDE AND I TOLD HER SHE SHOULD GO BACK IN BEING I WAS ONLY LOOKING ANYWAY AND IF I SEEN ANYTHING I WOULD COME IN AND TALK TO TOM. I KEPT LOOKING AND DECIDED TO JUST LEAVE THINKING I WOULD JUST WAIT UNTIL THE 2013'S CAME OUT AND THEN DEAL ON A 2012.
WHEN I WAS LEAVING I SAW TOM COMING OUT SO I WENT AND ASKED HIM IF HE MINDED LISA HELPING OUT AND HE SAID THAT IT WAS NO PROBLEM AND THAT SHE IS A VERY GOOD SALESWOMAN AND THAT THEY DO WORK TOGETHER. THE NEXT DAY I CALLED LISA AND ASKED IF I COULD PICK UP THE F150 I SEEN THE DAY BEFORE FOR A TEST DRIVE AT 11.00 A.M. AND THAT I WOULD BE BACK AFTER I GOT OFF WORK TO DISCUSS TRADING. SHE HAD THE TRUCK WAITING AND WARM WHEN I ARRIVED. THE TEST WAS GREAT AND THE ECOBOOST WAS A GREAT SURPRISE AND AS I SAT AT WORK THINKING OF THE PRICE I NEVER THOUGHT I COULD AFFORD IT. WHEN I GOT BACK TO DAHL FORD LATER LISA HAD THE PAPERWORK AND TRADE FIGURED ALOST RIGHT TO MY FIGURE SO I CALLED MY WIFE AND SHE HAD QUESTIONS. I LEFT AND CAME BACK AND LISA AND MY WIFE TALKED AND WE AGREED TO TRADE. THAT WAS THE MOST ENJOYABLE BUY I HAVE EVER MADE. IT WAS VERY RELAXED AND COMFORTABLE. THEN IT WAS FINANCING TIME AND I DIDN'T THINK IT COULD GET BETTER BUT TERRY NELSON WAS A TREAT TO DEAL WITH AND OUTDONE HIMSELF IN MAKING THIS THE MOST PLEASURABLE PURCHASE EVER. THE 2012 F150 SUPER CREW LARIAT WITH ECOBOOST IS A BEAUTIFUL TRUCK AND PERFORMANCE IS JAW DROPPING BUT THE TRUCK PALES IN COMPARISON TO THE SERVICE I RECIEVED THAT DAY FROM LISA, TOM, AND TERRY. My experience with my purchase with Lisa was professional and friendly. I wanted to make the purchase and she wanted to make a sale and in the end we were both made it work. I have purchased a few vehicles and it is amazing that women in sales believe you when you tell them you are going to make a purchase that week or not later than the next week. Dahl Ford has won my trust as a dealership which is not something I find easy to award. Dahl Ford has exceeded my expectations on every level with intergrity, honesty and good hard working folks.

I just wanted to say how impresssed I was with Dahl Ford (Lisa Blaser, Tim O'Leary, Tim Thompson). I was kind of a floater among a lot of you (my original sales person was on leave) and you all treated my husband and me like we were your one and only client. I have been to other dealerships and I always felt pressured, felt like the salesmen were too pushy or could care if they got a sale. I was 95% sure I was getting a Pilot this time and when I went to a Honda dealer in the area (a week before meeting Lisa) and I was so disgusted by the salesman that I wouldn't have bought a Pilot from him if he had given me the best deal ever! He keeps sending me fliers and mailers (too late buddy!)!!!! Anyway - you were all wonderful and the finance guy (was it Terry?) was a hoot! What a funny guy to deal money with! Thanks again - you made the purchase so easy from order to delivery! Car dealerships and the entire process make me nervous and EVERY time I walked in I felt so comfortable! Will recommend you to others! And I love my new vehicle!

We had an outstanding experience with all the departments with this dealer. They were friendly, helpful & made sure your well being was looked after especially by the sales lady Lisa Blaser whom we dealt with. It is a rare thing to find all departments in a dealership giving 110% to there customers.

I hadn't intended to buy the first one that I saw, but Lisa said my eyes lit up
when I saw my car. I guess I did know. I love my new ride, and Lisa was very
nice and personalble. It was a great experiance. I will return, and tell my
