My Review of Suburban of West Michigan:
Lisa Fredricks was absolutely great. I saw the car on the Internet and made numerous calls to find out all about it. She was always available and willing to answer all the questions, and since we were from out of town,was willing to bring the car to us to inspect or anything she could do to make things easier for us. After we picked up our Suburban, we realized the cup holder that sits between the two front seats at the console was missing. After checking with our local dealership, looking on line, checking parts stores and junk yards, I finally called Lisa to see if she could help us out. I can't believe that she and the Parts Associate searched and found one for us on EBay! They went the extra mile for us and did it without charging us. This dealership and staff builds up my confidence in "used car sales staffing." You can find an honest, trust worthy, caring group of people at Suburban of West Michigan. So far we love the vehicle and it is performing very well. If we are ever looking for another used car, Lisa will be the first person we call.

My experience with Suburban was a refreshing one, unlike any other car dealerships. People were friendly, prompt, and always available when needed. Lisa Fredricks was super and found what I was looking for in a timely manner. I noticed that she took notes during our discussions, so as nothing was overlooked or forgotten. I will definitely refer Suburban and Lisa to my friends. I am completely satisfied in all areas regarding my new purchase. I'm glad I found Suburban of West Michigan!

This had to be one of the easiest experiences of car buying ever! The vehicle I wanted had issues that almost stopped me from purchasing, but I was told they would fix it for the price I needed. I was very impressed. Now I am hoping that after just a couple days and and new problem that they will fix that as well. We will see. But even if they don't I am very happy with the service. GREAT JOB LISA!!

Everyone was friendly, helpful, accommodating, and understanding from the moment we walked into the dealership. We had 2 children with us and a somewhat unique situation concerning trade-in or purchase of the vehicle we were currently driving. Ther was very little pressure, which made us most comfortable in the decision we made. We will definitely continue coming to Suburban of West Michigan and recommend it to our friends and family as well!

My husband and I had a great experience here! We where treated with rescept and kindness through out the whole processes! We purchased a car for myself and could not be happier. Their selection of cars was not over whelming, and had exactly what we where looking for. Not only in the exact car, but low miles and great condition! Our finance options, extented warranty, protection plans where explained in detail to us! The whole process was done quickly and professionally! My new car was washed, cleaned again and gased before we took it home! The mataince plan for the car s engine is great. If we need another car we will buy here again!

My gosh; over the yrs. I have been gun shy,and turned off with missed informed and not told all.
Suburban of W. Michigan was very heart warming for me. I have been under a great deal of stress an worried about how they would treat me when i decided to follow thru with there questions. They have been the "BEST" #1 experiance i ever have had. With continued servce with them they will see me the next time i'm ready to buy again. Lisa an Jeremy you have broken the ice for me and wish/look forward to continue with a open commuications. I don't see any possibilty they will leave me out to dry. SO keep what you all do best going.

My Review of Suburban of West Michigan:
Lisa was very helpful in helping my wife and I find an All wheel drive vehicle that would get better gas mileage than the SUV my wife was currently driving. She found several in our price range and was not pushy at all. In fact she didn't want us to test drive a car that was a little above our comfort range because she was worried we might like it and make a decision that would make us feel uncomfortable financially. We got a vehicle that my wife loves at an excellent price. I would go back to Lisa to purchase my next vehicle in the future.
