I will say I am incredibly grateful they were able to help me get a vehicle. That being said the vehicle I got was not the one I had originally inquired about and I wasn’t made aware of this until after help me get a vehicle. That being said the vehicle I got was not the one I had originally inquired about and I wasn’t made aware of this until after the loan had been approved and I got down there to sign the paperworkI Also wasn’t made aware that I would not be taking the car home that night that I’d have to wait in an additional two days. To pick it up. When I did pick up My vehicle the gas tank was near empty, there was white residue all over it the exterior, the inspection expires in May, and there was a sticky substance inside one of the rear cupholders. To top it all off I was never given any of my paperwork to Register the vehicle and despite having emailed both my finance manager, and my sales person, I still don’t have the needed paperwork to register it, and my plates expire on Friday. More
