I purchased the special that they had for oil changes. I scheduled an appointment online for yesterday. My appointment was for 9 AM and I was greeted promptly and courteously. I went into the waiting area prepared for somewhat of a wait. Imagine my surprise when I was called after waiting only 1 hour and 20 minutes. I usually wait around 2 hours. Plus they washed my car - they never did that before and I am thrilled. Great job, Jeff Wyler. I am considering a Chevrolet for my next car purchase.

Purchased a used 2010 Chevy Silverado, which is our second vehicle from this dealership. Two weeks into the purchase, the airbag control module went south. This was a $1700 repair which they covered. They had my truck for three days but provided me a rental at no cost. The sales lady, Lisa VanVelsor was awesome, both of our vehicles were purchased through her. I am normally not a fan of dealerships but I would definitely recommend Jeff Wyler! The lady in Service, Chelsea, was also incredibly awesome in making sure everything was taken care of and covered, even replacing the lock on the bed door that no one noticed was not working (and no charge for that either).

Everyone I came in contact with was very pleasant and professional in handling my purchase. The dealership is very convenient to my home (on a good day I can see the large American flag from my front yard) but it would be worth driving a distance to buy a car or get it serviced.

I bought two new vehicles from Jeff Wyler Chevrolet in Canal Winchester, Ohio. My wife (Monica) & I were very pleased with the Salesman & staff as we proceeded through the process, as I'm sure as they believed that it was just a cold call. I have since driven the 2015 Silverado 2500 HD to Alabama and back and was due for servicing & four recalls on the vehicle. An appointment was made, I was advised that it would take most of the day for the service. I was offered a ride home or a loaner vehicle which I had errands to perform & took the latter. no trucks where available at that time and other vehicles were available. I asked to tryout a Chevy Volt and was given one to use. The service didn't take as long as was expected & I was notified promptly & recovered my vehicle.

Bought a 2 year old Chevy Tahoe and a new Chevy Camara. Because they have such a great assortment you can try out the different models and pick the one that fits you best. One of the car I financed, and that was all sorted out rather quickly. I tried seven different cars, I left with two. Good deal!
