My Review of Elk Grove Toyota:
Great value, excellent customer service, fair and reasonable price. We spent two weeks of shopping for a new/used car. We went to six different dealerships, and also checking prices of over 30 different cars on the internet in the vincinity of 75 mile radius. Basically we did lot and lot of homework/research,and in the end, Elk Grove toyota gave us the best deal and best product, along with the best service. This was the first time we bough a toyota, and we are so happy with our decision.

My Review of Elk Grove Toyota:
The overall experiences was great, this was my first new car and i have heard just how difficult dealerships can be. I was pleased with the customer service and quality of work. Both people i worked with were very friendly and my overall experience was very good. I wished i would have gotten a bit lower of a price but it kind of comes with getting a new car instead of a used one. Both Long and Steve made my experience great and i would refer friends to this dealership and representatives. I don't recall his name but the financing gentlemen was very nice, helpful and down to earth. Made me very happy and was extremely helpful.

we enjoy the customer service provided for my mom. the sales person was friendly and knowledgeable. we will bring more customers to the dealership. the car my mom bought had a low mileage and the color was very pretty. the car run well and we like the interior a lot too..we got a good deal!

My Review of Elk Grove Toyota:
This has been such a great car buying experience! I just had to share it. from Long Troung the sales representive, to Chris Her in Finance and today John Thorpe to finishe the loose ends that could not be done on a Sunday! Wow all these people were so polite and helpful throughout the a stressful and tiresome process. I want to share why it was so tough. My husband and I had to go to a memorial service and then to the car dealer to trade-in our car and then pick up the new one.

When we got to the dealership at 4:45p.m. we discovered that we had grabbed the wrong pink slip! Ugh; the dealership is 50 miles away from our city! when we told Long and Chris they said no problem just come back tomorrow when you can and bring it.
When I arrived on Monday the 28th or March with pink slip and cashiers check; Chris Her had the day off and John Thorpe stepped right in and took me to all the right departments to get all that needed to be done. Their fast and efficent service was great I was in and out of there in about 35 minutes. I sincerely thank the staff at Elk Grove Toyota.

I was very happy with the customer service. Even though we went in late at night and it was extreamly cold outside, the salesman still came out to show us the cars we were looking at (this did not happen at the Nissan dealer next door were I sat for 20 min without anyone even saying high so I left). Went in originally to just compair cars and decided to run the numbers. I explained it was late and I didnt want to spend alot of time going back and forth. They agreed and we were able to make a deal very fast once the sales manager Jim got involved. Overall one of the best car buying experinces I have had.

Long Truong was so friendly and a pleasure to do business with. He was understanding and met all my needs, seemed extremely interested in meeting my demands. It was also refreshing that he seemed so happy for me to get my new car and met and chatted with us after financing and took time to show me all the buttons and functions of the car before we left. i would definitely refer my friends to Elk Grove Toyota and tell them to ask for Long.

My Review of Elk Grove Toyota:
This is the second vehicle I have leased from this dealership. On my current lease, I was running high on the mileage and they actually initiated contact with me to see if I was interested in getting into a new or different vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership, I already knew which sales manager I needed to speak with (Steve Moroz) and he put me with an excellent sales rep in Long Truong. At no time did they attempt to do the usual dealer hard sale routine. They listened to what I was interested in and walked me through the entire process of evaluating my current leased vehicle, determining a valuation, advising of options on either a new lease or purchase and noted current vehicle availability. They were in the middle of a big sale and ended up saving me several thousand dollars by getting me in before the sale expired and providing multiple valid incentives. The entire staff, from the sales reps to the finance staff to the clerical staff were extremely professional, polite and they all knew exactly what their roles were and carried them out flawlessly. I even commented to my daughter during our visit that the type of customer service she was seeing was a throwback to the days when businesses truly valued their customers and this type of service and attention is unfortunately a rarity these days. I would not only continue to patronize Elk Grove Toyota, but would highly recommend the dealership to anyone interested in buying a quality vehicle at a decent price.

This is the second Toyota Certified Vehicle my Husband and I have purchased in 18 months. In both cases, my employer removed fleet vehicles from their sales force, so I needed something to drive that was reliable and had a good re-sale value. Steve was respectful of my time & budget and we received excellent service!Steve Moroz and his staff truly understand relationship selling, this is why we keep going back when we need to purchase a car, and have ALL of our Toyota's serviced at the dealership as well. If you want a dealership that will treat you like Family, then Elk Grove Toyota is the dealership for you!!!!
