My Review of Sun Toyota Superstore:
BOUGHT A USED SCION ON 10/7/09 HAD TO RETURN IT AFTER NELSON HAD STATED THE LOAN WAS DONE 2 DAYS BEFORE TOLD ME I COULD BUY THE THULE RACK FOR THE SCION AT THAT TIME. tHEY STATED THAT THE PROOF OF INCOME WAS GOOD ENOUGH AFTER I HAD BEEN TOLD IT WAS BY 3 DIFFERANT SALES STAFF AT THAT STORE. NELSON STATED IT WAS BECUSE I AM DISABLED THAT HE COULD NOT HELP ME..... I HAVE KEYS TO THE SCION THAT I HAD TO MAKE AND THEY WOULD NOT PAY ME FOR I HAVE BOUGHT A CAR IN THE PAST AND HAVE SENT 3 OTHER PEOPLE TO YOUR DEALERSHIP. THIS TIME PEOPLE SHOWED IF YOU ARE DISABLED TOO BAD WE WILL NOT HELP YOU IT IS SHAME I HAVE NEVER FELT SO LOW AS YOU PEOPLE IN THAT DEALERSHIP MADE ME FEEL AND THE SCUFFED THE REAR BUMPER ON MY TRADE AND WILL NOT FIX IT.

ON 10/16/09 WENT TO THE DEALERSHIP TO TALK TO ROB THE USED CAR MANAGER HE SAID HE WOULD LOOK IN TO THING AND CALL ME IN A COUPLE HOURS AND I AM STILL WAITING IT IS NOW 10/17/09 AND NO CALL I HAVE REFERED SEVERAL PEOPLE AND I AM MY SELF A REPEAT BUYER AND I CAN NOT BelEIVE HOW BAD THIS DEALER HAS BECOME.

was told again I would recive a call on mon. but it never came If there is not a problem you will be ok , but if there is you will not get help. what ever happen to the service sun use to have

My Review of Sun Toyota Superstore:
I was asked what things I had to have. I stated two. I received the leather seats but the special mirror that I wanted was not received the way I asked for. I told them exactly what I wanted. When I questioned the error, I was told that I did not have it in writing. And that was the final word. I will never buy another car from Sun Toyota and possibly not another Toyota.
