My Review Of Shore Toyota Scion:

This is my 4th lease or purchase of a vehicle over 10 years. I like the way we come to an agreement on price. They give me the best number and if I like it I take it. So far we are 4 for 4. Everyone in the dealership smiles and says high when you walk past them or they walk past you. Lori Reynolds is the greatest service writer to work with. I won't use anyone else. She is smart, savvy, knows how to best fit my service to my budget. Lori also gives me a heads up that the next service will be for................ and to expect $............. This way there are no surprises.

Glen Ridel has the place looking great all the time, and the employees are personable and extremely helpful, without pressuring.

I can not think of any other dealership that I would ever use.

Also, the consumer reports has Toyota hands down as the best product for the lesser rate of repairs. As much as I am an American and would prefer to buy American made products, I also can not invest in a product that will costs me a fortune to take care of it over 6 to 10 years.

Very friendly and responsive to what was needed. No complaints. They even supplied daily newspaper to read while you wait.There was coffee K-Cups available which was of great use.

My Review Of Shore Toyota Scion:

Shore Toyota had been attentative to all my needs in a vehicle for 6+ years. Glen Ridel is not only your General manager, but he is a friend. He makes sure that I am satisfied with each vehicle I am buying.

Lore Reynolds has handled the service on all my autos since I have first purchased at Shore. She is like family to me, and I know I can trust Lori to reccommend whatever is needed for my safety and maintaining my auto.

Everyone who walks by when you are sitting in the waiting area, smiles and says hello. If you are just strolling around, someone will come up and ask if you need help with anything.

I find the folks at Shore to be friendly, but not pushy, like at many other dealerships.
