Lou started in the business way back in 1971,and has been at Northway Toyota in Latham, NY since 1982. Lou grew up in the Albany area, and he is a graduate of the General Motors Training Center where he learned his mechanical skills. Lou has been married to Debby for over 30 years, and they have two grown children. Lou likes playing drums and cheering for the Yankees and the Giants. Great people and great workmanship! Lou Tullo is a great guy. the hours are very convenient and the work is done right. I've also purchased a car and had body work done at this dealership and was very satisfied. I would recommend Northway toyota to anyone.

My Review Of Northway Toyota Scion:

Every time I come in for service everyone is extremely helpful and very pleasant. They are always looking out for the customer. They always have the car ready when requested and if they run into a problem they always call. They have very reasonable hours and I especially like the early morning open time.

My Review Of Northway Toyota Scion:

My sales and service experience has been nothing short of outstanding. I really trust this dealership will not overcharge or deceive me. They have done plenty of service work and have been very fair and honest the whole way through. They make customer service top priority, at least I feel they do. I also bring my lexus there for service because they are caring, honest and good to deal with. I wish I could bring my Chevy there for service, too. I will end up buying another Toyota product because of the outstanding staff and service.

I recently took my car to Northway Toyota for maintenance and was very impressed by the service department's prices and service standards. Lou was very helpful and informative. The Car was ready at the promised time. The visit exceded my expectations. The Service Department at Northway Toyota goes above and beyond for its customers and I highly recommend them for any car care needs.
