My Review of Suburban Volvo Palm Beach:
Saw an ad on the internet and called ,spoke to Salesman Louis Obregon about a used 2002 Lincoln that he had in stock. Made an appointment for another day to see the vehicle. When I arrived the vehicle was clean,battery good, had gas and was ready to be test driven which is more than I can say for other cars at other dealerships that I had seen in the past. Soon after inspecting the vehicle I was introduced to Howard Stravitz who did whatever he could to assist me trading in my old vehicle and obtain finance for the newer one. The deal was complete in 2.5 hours from begining to end.
Unfortunately later that night I was showing my new (to me) vehicle off to my friends when the passenger window dropped into the door ......
The next morning I went up to the dealership early in the morning and saw one of the managers JIM SABO and showed him what happened to the car i purchased 12 hours earlier.
When he saw what had happened he immediately took my Lincoln into the Volvo service area and a few hours later the window was fixed car was cleaned and fully gassed up- no charge. Now that's customer service and I am a satisfied customer.
