Very smooth purchase process but even more impressed by how Jake handled the post-delivery followups on our 2014 F150. We live 3 hours away and had coordinated to come back for replacement of some parts. T how Jake handled the post-delivery followups on our 2014 F150. We live 3 hours away and had coordinated to come back for replacement of some parts. Things didn't go as planned and new parts had to be ordered. Jake made accommodations to loan us a vehicle so we could go home, with commitment to deliver the truck back to us. While driving our truck back to us a mechanical issue occurred that required it to need a tow to a dealership for repair. Jake handled the issue with the dealership and communicated with us. Thankfully the issue was quickly resolved and our truck was delivered the next day. Through this series of unfortunate events we were beyond impressed with the customer service from Jake and the Heartland team, really top notch and well beyond expectations! More

Dishonest. Unethical. Bait and switch. Don't sell your used car to this place. Offer was for $2500 then dropped to $750. Had to beg for $50 more. Was led to believe "code" Lucas read indicated something p used car to this place. Offer was for $2500 then dropped to $750. Had to beg for $50 more. Was led to believe "code" Lucas read indicated something potentially very bad. Was lied to about a mechanic actually buying the car, not Heartland. Ok, so I stupidly sold! Hours later my cars listed on cars.com and Auto trader for $4800! Shame on this place! Enough said. More

Never going back! Okie.. So I stopped by and finalized a car. Now before leaving the parking lot with the new (used) car, i found that the car doesn't have a GPS. spoke Okie.. So I stopped by and finalized a car. Now before leaving the parking lot with the new (used) car, i found that the car doesn't have a GPS. spoke to the sales person and was told "Ford's now manages GPS application using Sync services". I believed him and decided to activate the feature when i reach home. I found that Sync has been disabled for 2011 till 2016 models. Called a ford dealer ship and was informed that vehicle does not have GPS hardware installed and it will cost me $1500 to get it installed. Called Lucas (sales person) back and informed him about the situation. response was "You are on your own". So finally left with a BAD taste and dealers attitude on GFY. They were great when i was buying the car, but after i bought attitude completely changed! I am going to raise this up to the credit companies and leave review about how a false promise/suggestion was made and how much of an extra effort was made to feel a customer satisfied! More
