Luigi Miceli at Acura of Libertyville

Libertyville Acura is no doubt the best dealerships in Chicago area. It was an amazing experience buying Acura RDX 2013 here. Luigi Miceli is one of the best Sales Manager I have ever met who made us soo very comfortable and made the whole deal starting from test drive till, and finished with the whole paperwork quickly that it was like a cake walk. There is ablsolutely no pressure from the sales in finishing the deal which is the best think I like.Thanks a lot to Luigi Miceli in helping me buy my dream car :)

I have purchased all my vehicles for the past 20 years from Libertyville. The service is outstanding, always concerned with the your time, not theirs. I have recommended several friends and family to this dealership, and they too have consistently gone back for their car purchases and service.

I initially inquired about a 2008 Acura TL Type S online and got an almost instant response from Luigi. I set up a day and time to come and test drive the car. He did a great job explaining the features of the car and I would recommend him and this dealership to anyone that is interested in purchasing a new/used car. The customer service was excellent and the length of the process didn't take too long. Very satisfied with Acura of Libertyville.

I purchased a 2013 MDX and this was probably the most pleasurable experience from start to finish for purchasing a new car. I started my hunt for an Acura through the Internet. Luigi Miceli contacted me quickly and provided me with prices for the new vehicles right from the start. So from my very first visit I knew what I was going to pay for the vehicle and was happy with the price right from the start. I really enjoyed working with Luigi on this purchase. One concern I had with my new vehicle was how it would look and fit in my garage. I worked with Shelly, the service manager, and she set me up with a loaner MDX to take home for the afternoon so I could park it in the garage. On the day of the purchase we worked with Charlie on the final paperwork and this too was completed without any hidden costs or pressure to purchase accessories or warranties that we didn't want. He laid them all out for us to chose from and provided any information we requested. I am very happy with my new Acura and the service received from Acura of Libertyville!

We had priced other dealerships, then had the pleasure to deal with Luigi Miceli at Libertyville Acura. The negotiations with him were friendly and knowledgeable. It was a low stress, very fair business deal. We will recommend him to our friends. We also worked on the financing with Eric Levy, and he too was low key and very professional. Great personnel.

We were impressed! We drove over an an hour to test drive a vehicle located here that we spotted online. We previously had been to other dealerships in the area and left due to the "swarmy'' salesmen. We didn't find that at Acura of Libertyville- everyone we encountered was friendly and hard working- and this place was busy even though it was a cold and snowy day. The showroom... beautiful with complimentary coffee and bottled water! We worked with Luigi Miceli who was knowledgeable, patient, and a pleasure to do business with. The price was better than we found elsewhere and the entire experience was 5 star. This is a well run business with exceptional salesmen!

Had excellent experience buying a new car from Libertyville Acura, IL.
Was returning to Chicago for a weekend from a long term project and needed to purchase a new car for my wife.
Received a great quote from Luigi over email and worked with him on a specific car selection, loan approval, etc.
When we got to the dealership, vehicle was already prepared and waiting for us. Don’t think we spent more than 1.5 hr. to finish all paperwork and leave with a new car.
In my opinion everything was perfect - Luigi has demonstrated great customer service and communication skills. I would not hesitate to characterize him as honest and straightforward.
Will be recommending Luigi and Libertyville Acura to my friends and relatives. Will come back again when it will be time to buy another car. Thank you!!!

The experience of buying a car is stressful for me. I know for some it is fun but for me, not so much. Luigi made the experience a pleasure. No pressure. No hassle. It was as easy as one can imagine. The price offered was at the lowest I could find as well! The dealership treated me like a VIP and I would recommend the dealership to anyone.

My wife and I were looking for a new car and we were just dreading the experience. I did my homework online and had 2-4 models I was interested in. Once we stopped at Acura of Libertyville and began to work with Luigi, we knew this experience was going to be different. The 2013 RDX was just what we were looking for, and with Luigi's assistance, it jumped to the top of the choice list. We went to another dealer that same day and after speaking to two dis-organized sales staff, and walking the lot for a couple of minutes, we just left (didn't even bother to test drive anything) and went back to Acura. The price was pretty non-negotiable and I did have to wait for a future delivery, but it was well worth the wait. Not once did we feel pressured into making the purchase and upon delivery even the paperwork process was smooth (thanks to Eric).

This experience is what car buying should be like!!

Just bought my first ever car from acura of libertyville and I couldn't have asked for a greater car buying experince. FRANK and LUIGI were the best!! Not once did I feel pressured into making any sort of purchase which is rare to find at a car dealership these days. I got an awesome price on my car and although getting financed was a bit of a waiting game, Luigi and Frank kept me informed every step of the way. Thank you guys so much!!
