My wife and I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership and the service department. I bought a vehicle here a couple years ago and it was very easy. Bret was friendly and knowledgeable and this dealership and the service department. I bought a vehicle here a couple years ago and it was very easy. Bret was friendly and knowledgeable and would quickly get an answer for me if he didn't know it off the top of his head. I've since used them for service the past couple of years and the service department is always fair, fast, and pleasant. When we were recently in the market for a 2nd new car it was a no brainer to come back here. I messaged Bret again and he remembered me and was just as awesome the second time around. They worked with us to make the buying experience quick and easy. We traded in a car towards this purchase they took care of everything. We also ended up financing through the dealership since they were able to beat our pre-approved rate. Luis in the finance department explained everything we were signing and the process was quick and easy. There were never any tricks or pressure to buy extras we didn't want. I highly recommend coming here if you're planning on buying a VW. Not to mention both cars are fantastic! More
